Relaxing old style hotel.

Pros: Conveniently adjacent to Tokyo air terminal bus station. Nice old style hotel which is looking a bit careworn yet clean.

Cons: Rooms need a little updating. USB Phone and device charging points not built in

Pros: The staff were beyond lovely and so accommodating, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The restaurants were amazing and the breakfast was honestly incredible. There’s even a chef who cooks your eggs fresh the way you like them. The rooms were so spacious, especially for Japan, and the bathroom had both a separate shower and a bath, which was such a treat after big days of exploring. Everything truly exceeded my expectations. It’s definitely worth paying that little bit extra for accommodation in Japan, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely stay

Pros: There is a metro station right below the structure, plenty of activities to do. All the stuff that I interacted with were super nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, I really liked the bathroom. Although it was one night it was a pleasant stay

A comfortable stay in a spacious room, with access to the Executive Lounge.

Pros: We stayed on the Executive Floor - the rooms are very spacious. You also get to use the Executive Lounge which is a bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable with exceptional services

Pros: Valve for money this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff were the best, always trying to help in any way they could. Next door to train station as well.

Pros: The hotel is just short walk to the subway which we can travel to many places in tokyo. The hotel staff are very helpful and courteous. They found a similar room quickly for us to rest as we arrived too early for check-in. The place was clean and tidy throughout. Plenty of eating places and cheap to eat out. Will stay there again next time.
