Clean, comfortable and everything we needed to explore Tokyo.

Pros: The beds were super comfortable, the coffee great and so close to two major stations it was super easy to get around. Was also close enough to walk from the Shinjuku area. I also really liked the in room washing machine and dryer.

Perfect location, friendly staff and clean quiet rooms

Pros: Great location close to two train stations and lots of food. Quiet rooms with good amenities. Even a cooktop. Staff were super helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage before checkin, so we could explore Tokyo without it.

Good locations just very squashy.

Pros: We were x4 adults. X3 adult sons and x1 mum. The space was way too small for x4 adults so if that’s your group don’t stay here.

Cons: The size of- too small. Under the single bunk bed was two double beds meaning one person had to sleep on the crack/join. Don’t stay here if x4 adults. Zero space for luggage - clothes storage.

Pros: The location of the Hotel is great, next to 2 train station near the city's nightlife so great food near by, Donki is just few mins away, our room has a washing machine so we saved alot of time from using it, the Staff were also very kind and helped us alot during our stay. all and all i will go back there again for my next trip to japan

They truly went above and beyond, even assisting us with shipping our ski gear back to Australia — nothing was ever too

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. The room itself was incredibly comfortable, and every detail had clearly been well considered. From the layout to the amenities, everything was perfectly set up to make our stay easy and relaxing. You could really feel the care that had gone into creating the space. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan
