Pros: The staff was helpful. The breakfast was great with the price of the room. Our queen size bed was comfortable and big enough for my big build husband. Very close to subway. The amenities were great

Cons: Room is small but that is common in tokyo. The subway has so many stairs and I almost run out of breath after climbing of them.

Would stay again

Pros: The hotel is close to a really good train station as it connects to both Haneda and Narita airports. This being in Tokyo, the room size is about as expected. Location-wise, it isn't too bad -- you can walk to Akihabara which takes about 20mins. There are a lot of food options nearby too!

Excellent stay.

Pros: Very accessible with lift option from the station. The room was tiny but manageable even for 3 adults and the bed and pillows were comfy.

Great location, clean, lovely staff!

Pros: Clean, great location, close to 7 eleven and train station. Had free ice cream in the evenings which was a great bonus!

Cons: Rooms were very small but this didn’t matter to us as we were out exploring most of the day.

Restful stay, clean and comfortable

Pros: I had a restful 2 night stay at the hotel. It’s quiet, clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient, just 4min walk to Ningyocho station. The price is reasonable. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo.

Wonderful and peaceful, really looked after it felt very safe as well.

Pros: The property was fantastic, The staff was so kind they even let me check in 3 hours early. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was very accommodating and they are very focused on looking after all of their guest regardless if you are native or foreign. The price is very fair as well. Was great to come back to the hotel after being in the very busy areas of Tokyo.

Cons: Honestly I liked it all specially for the price value for money was fantastic.

Very good location, value for money

Pros: Perfect location to Nihonbashi area. Also very convenient to both Haneda and Narita airports, if you don't mind using the train network. The room spaces were very limited, but everything needed was equipped, no complaints.

Cons: It was not a little bit easy to access to reception area which located B1 floor if you travel with heavy luggage because we could not use a lift ( we can use a slope)
