Practical hotel in a quiet location

Pros: Location was very good Staff very friendly, very good english, very helpful Quiet area

Cons: Room was a bit small. I expected that, but being on the top floor (attic) the room felt even smaller.

Pros: We loved GLOU Higashi Shinkjuku, the location was amazing only a 2 min walk to 711, and to the stations E,F. All of the staff were very accommodating, informative and just lovely people. Highly recommend

Cons: The bathroom was extremely small just warning for bigger people

Pros: In east Shinjuku, a lot Korean food nearby. Safely is good, you need key to pass the first door to enter the premises, non guess cannot enter. With elevator. Nice. Clean and tidy. Good water pressure Nice pillows and bed. The best I stay in Toyko

Great place to explore Shinjuku.

Pros: Really clean, comfortable and great location. The ladies on the desk were very nice and helpful. Amazing value for money.

Cons: The rooms are small. But if you pack light and plan on exploring the city it's no problem. This is the perfect place for someone looking to explore Shinjuku and get a good night's rest after!

Cozy Airbnb style room

Pros: The place was great and the staff was very kind and polite. They explained everything in English and with a good attitude and sense of humor. It was very clean and tidy.

Cons: I wasn’t expecting the bed to be in a loft (climb up stairs and not being able to stand because the roof was near the bed). However, that’s because I didn’t look very well at the photos. Even though, the bed was super comfortable.

A very good option for staying next to Shinjuku.

Pros: It is right next to a station and walking distance from Shinjuku station and Korean town. A lot to do only a few min away. The rooms are surprisingly spacious.

Cons: A hanger for the towels would be nice.

Pros: The location was good, in a quiet neighbourhood close to Don Quijote, that it has everything you need. The staff was extremely helpful and always going the extra mile. The room was always clean and it had everything.

Cons: Only negative, the bed that you had to climb and it wasn’t pleasant if you had to go to the toilet during the night.
