Truly stunning

This apartment is super modern, clean and easy to find.

Pros: Cleanliness. Proximity to amenities / Lawson and 7-11 are 5 minutes away. The Kiyoshi drugstore is just around the corner so you can get your toiletries and meds there. Location was walkable to many eateries. Staff on call were very responsive and helpful. The entire apartment was beyond our expectations. Bathroom was clean. Bedroom was neat. Full kitchen appliances.

Cons: The apartment has stairs to the main living area so if you have heavier luggage, hauling them up and down is quite a feat. Pillows in the bedroom are flat and hard ( suggest to bring your own or buy if you prefer standard type of pillows. Shin-Okuba Subway is 8 -10 minutes walk if you need a direct train ride to Shinjuku Station.

Pros: The room was clean and a lovely place to spend a few days in Tokyo. I usually stay in the Shinjuku area in a hotel and this was a really nice change of pace and scenery. Location is great being close to Higashi-Shinjuku metro station and a short walk to Shinjuku and Shin-Okubo stations. Having a washing machine is a great help as I like to travel light - much easier than dealing with a shared machine in a hotel!

Pros: I loved the location, I loved the amenities, and I loved the opportunity to live like a resident of Shinjuku

Cons: The kitchen was a little bit under stocked (tea towels would have been nice).

Pros: Super moderne design, very comfortable, well equipped! We were more than satisfied with the quality and the location. With few minutes walking plenty of places to eat. Very much recommended for travel with kids!

Pros: Quick responses from the landlord to our complete satisfaction. Everything is new and clean.

Cons: The bed is designed so that if one partner needs to go to the bathroom at night, they have to skip over their partner. This could be fixed by making the wardrobe a little smaller.

Pros: Fantastic location and the apartment was modern and spacious (not typical in Tokyo!) . Bed was comfortable and the washing machine a great bonus.

Cons: It would have been awesome to have a TV but other than that it was perfect!
