Compact and comfortable

Pros: Central to the city and metro stations. Close to restaurants, coffee shops and major sightseeing locations. The room is very well equipped with a good supply of fresh towels. I’d highly recommend.

I stayed for a week but definently recommend this, or any ANA hotel.

Pros: The room had great facilities, and the hotel was awesome for having a restaurant located on the basement floor. The location was also super close to everything, which was nice to be able to walk anywhere.

Cons: The dryer didn't dry my clothing, other than that nothing else.

It was perfect.

Pros: Literally beside the entrance to one of the subway lines. Shinjuku, Kabuchiko was accessible by foot. Room was clean and despite not requesting for room make-up, staff would leave a bag filled with essentials- fresh towels, toiletries, yukata and laundry bags. Couldn’t ask for more.

Pros: With only one elevator sometimes the wait times are long. The location was really good, 50m from a metro station, within easy walking distance of Golden Gai and Shinjuku night-life.

Pros: I wanted to stay in the centre of the Shinjuku area, and this hotel was the right choice. It was closed to a couple or 3 tube stations. There were shopping and restaurants all around. The room was average small like most rooms in Japan. It was comfortable, clean, and warm. The reception people were nice too. There is a restaurant in the basement of the building.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.
