Pros: Great location. Very clean. Amazing heated toilet seats. Small space but it's West Shinjuku so that's to be expected really. Close to different train stations. Highly recommended unless you need lots of space and want to chill in the room all day.

Cons: Nothing bad.

Pros: Great location and the room was quite large by Tokyo standards. Easy self check-in. Very convenient lockers.

Great location, helpful staff, small rooms.

Pros: Location was great, bed was ok in one room but really bad in the other. Bathroom was nice and the place was clean when we got there - the staff were also good, friendly and helpful. We really liked it overall.

Cons: It was definitely too small though. Not enough room to just sit down and eat on the hot summer days we were visiting, but it was otherwise fine.

Great location for affordable price

Pros: Perfect location, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very responsive on chat, we had no issues finding or getting in the room. Best cost x benefit in the whole trip. I wished I stayed here longer!

Pros: Great location, just around the corner from the metro! It was very good to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Pros: Great location, easy checkin process and very clean rooms.

Cons: Booked a room for three but the double bed was too small and the duvet provided for it was just single bed size. Also stayed for 4 nights but didn't have any cleaning for those 4 days, would have preferred if they had a clean the room option.

Small but comfortable!

Pros: Yes the rooms are small but it's Tokyo! They might be small but they are very comfortable with all the amenities you could need. We didn't come into contact with any staff and I would recommend completing all the check in procedures before you arrive. we had a good stay.

Overall great to stay at.

Pros: Having 2 washrooms was nice. Overall was clean and room was decent size for 3 people. Relatively quiet area. Coin lockers available to use in the lobby despite it not being staffed. Everything was automated including check-in on the tablet so there was not much need for any interaction with staff although they were quick to reply if needed.

Cons: Unlike a proper hotel did not provide water bottles/tea for guests to use in the room as far as I know. A little far from Shinuku station if walking is actually closer to Shin-okubo. In the room we got in particular, above the sink there was not a lot of clearance with a ?vent so it was easy to hit your head.

Pros: Affordable with a big asterisk. Very accessible to Shinjuku, but shin Okubo was a korea town with a little sniff of a bedtown.
