Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba is the first Grand Nikko hotel in Japan, open from 1 July 2016. Situated in the Tokyo Bay area in Odaiba, this property is the closest city resort hotel to central Tokyo, a 20-minute monorail and train ride away from JR Tokyo Station. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The spacious guestrooms of this hotel feature elegant European-style decor and come with free wired internet access throughout. Staff were amazing! Except maiybe the l

Pros: Very central to allot of things. Not easy moving around in Japan with kids so loved the area and easy access. Really great dining and shopping options within walking distance . Also a few kid friendly attractions - e.g evening stroll to see the gangdom statue or even just the boardwalk area for a evening stroll

Cons: Cannot think of any negative things. (Only issue would be more beef options instead of Pork for breakfast - but found this to be all hotels we stayed in Japan

Pros: The staff is wonderful. The hotel is clean. The hotel facilities are good. Breakfast is good. The train station is at the entrance of the hotel. There is a shopping mall within walking distance.

Excellent. Will consider staying here again if competitors don’t improve their run-down rooms.

Pros: Helpful multilingual staff. Tasteful deco on the executive floors. Great views of the city on the 28th floor. Beautiful wide corridors.

Cons: Small size of executive rooms. Small wardrobes. Typical Japanese bedding which tends to be too hot, even with the room heating turned off in winter. Would appreciate more/bigger bath towels.

Pros: The location, the view was awesome, and the room with 3 beds is a rarity!

Smart hotel in Daiba

Pros: The friendliness of staff. Only here & there there was a female member at reception that did have a kind of attitude. Don't know name as her colleagues always made it up with their friendliness & helpful demenia.

Pros: Very nice hotel, fantastically located for our purpose. Extremely nice breakfast and a great view from the 30th floor

Cons: That they close the most convenient entrance at 11 pm, but this is a minor thing

Pros: The view from our room was lovely and delightful. Bathroom was spacious and the service was excellent.

Cons: Was my first in Tokyo and I just realised that Daiba is actually not included in the Tokyo Subway Pass. Will still love to come back though!

Pros: I like that there is a LAWSON just downstairs, and the subway station near by. It was very convenient.

Cons: I expected a rm facing the rainbow bridge but I got one facing south. The hotel staff are polite but English not good enough.

Excellent impression

Pros: I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The room was spacious, with a stunning view from the window. The bathroom was stocked with a robe, pajamas, slippers, and everything you need, including a shower and bathtub. The morning breakfasts, including sushi, were unforgettable. In the evening, it was a pleasure to admire the most beautiful view of the bridge from the huge windows of the top-floor bar. Very respectful and helpful staff . Overall, I would come back again.
