Great value, would stay again

Pros: All the ammenities, the bed was firm and comfortable. The bathroom was a perfect size for our stay. The free shuttle bus to shinagawa station was awesome and saved the day. (Our bus driver was very friendly and helpful)

Cons: Our shower head was leaking a little!

Hotel conveniently close to Haneda airport

Pros: The Toyoko Inn is very conveniently located for travelers who come from/go to Haneda airport (20 minutes by Tokyo monorail). It is somewhat less convenient for exploring the city, but connections are still ok. We much appreciated the free breakfast buffet and the friendliness of the staff in helping us to send off a small package. In the surroundings there are a few restaurants, but otherwise it is pretty quiet (not a bad thing, compared to the noisiness of other places in Tokyo). The rooms are small, but adequate for the price we paid.

Excellent comfortable budget friendly stay in Toyoko Inn - Highly recommended

Pros: Shuttle service to Shinagawa, wide spread in breakfast, general comfort from the room point of view, front desk staff - everything were very likeable.

Cons: Not too many vegetarian/vegan options in food. Can't put a finger on anything else as a negative point.

Good for a short stay before flying out

Pros: Reception staffs are very helpful and . Hotel have direct access to the Tokyo Monorail and a short walk to Rinkai line. Good for a day or two before you fly out of Tokyo. Room is comfortable i reckon.

Cons: Not much restaurant options in the area. Would be nice if they have public bath. Breakfast menu is almost the same everyday.

Pros: Location was a little far from Others, but would have been expected if it was chooses deliberately.

Cons: Crowded breakfast place. At Ike’s no available tables for breakfast

Cons: Long queue during breakfast, I.skipped it then because I Had to Go to the Airport and couldnt wait so long.

Ideal to catch morning flight

Pros: They have shuttle from/to Shinagawa station every 10 or 15 minutes. Breakfast was just okay. Neraby the monorail to Haneda airport, will reach Haneda in 30 minutes.

Cons: The written Toyoko in the building is in Kanji, we nearly missed the building

Excellent, will book again in the future!

Pros: Location was quick and easy walk from the station. Staff were efficient, friendly, and organised, and assisted me with my stay and the questions I had. Will book again next time I am in Japan.

Cons: Nothing to complain about, very happy with the service and all expectations met or exceeded.
