Pros: Everything, starting from very helpful and professional staff is, ending on how clean hotel is. Close to many restaurants, metro stations, ueno park. Away from big city lights lights of Tokyo, but still close to central points of Tokyo.

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect

Cozy neighborhood, nice staff and facilities.

Pros: Within walking distance to several metro stations, so you can get to many sights around Tokyo without a transfer. The neighborhood was very peaceful and a nice place to end the day. A Family Mart is just around the corner.

Great price and excellent place to stay if you are willing to walk a bit more.

Pros: The room was spacious that allowed 4 medium size luggages and still room to move around. The bed was comfortable however the pillow could do a replacement. The amenities were excellent. The washing and dryer machines were available for use.

Cons: There are only 2 laundry to use. I missed out one night where I could not use the laundry. The walk to the hotel is average at 15 to 25mins walk to nearest train station. Walking back at night after whole day walking can be a challenge.

Best place to stay if you are willing to walk.

Pros: The room is huge. We had 4 checked-in luggages plus 2 hand carry & we still have room to walk. Bed is comfy but the pillow could do a replacement. The price is perfect because it is further away from Tokyo busy hubs. There are a few stations around the hotel to go all around Tokyo. Each of the stations are around 20 to 30minutes walk. When we first arrive we took a taxi from Ueno station to the hotel.

Cons: It can be quite tiring walking back to the hotel from the station as we would have been out the whole day. But it is nice and quiet. There are complimentary coffee & tea, laundry facility, vending machines, ice dispenser, and ironing. The hotel do not have facility for luggage delivery. But we use Airporter to deliver luggage to Narita airport. The hotel has a flyer for Airporter. The hotel can receive luggages from Narita airport or Haneda airport.

Clean and spacious room. Good location.

Pros: I liked the good neighbourhood, close to Tokyo Univ, etc. The room is quite spacious.

Pros: The bath was so nice to have. The shower had great water pressure. The warm toilet seat was a delight. Having a fridge was good.

Cons: Only one pillow per person without an extra pillow I had to grab the extra blanket from the cupboard which helped. The radio behind the headboard was uncomfortable when resting on the bed. The waste paper bins are very small, cannot fit much into them however they were emptied everyday which was a bonus.

Pros: Nice staff, good price but a bit far from stations.

Pros: Nice, comfortable and bright room, equipped with everything we needed. Everyday cleaning and fresh towels. Quiet residential neighborhood. Free (and very good!) coffee at the reception of the hotel during the whole day. Vending machine in the hotel and also outside. 10' walking distance from the metro and less than 5' to the bus stop. 7/11 a few minutes away. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Value for money.

Cons: Nothing we didn't like. Everything was as good as it gets. Recommended.

Quiet, clean and comfy

Pros: Handy place, comfy and clean. In a very quiet environment ❤️

Definitely we would stay again, location was very good.

Pros: The room was a generous size and quiet. We appreciated having the adjacent room for the teenagers travelling with us. Great to have easy access to coffee and tea and bathroom supplies..

Cons: The beds were a good size but very hard. Breakfast was expensive for what you paid for.
