Great Hotel

Pros: The location was great. It was close to metro station but also walking distance to Yoyogi and Harajuku. The service is amazing. All staff memebers speak Ebglish very well. And onsen was a nice bonus.

I loved it so much I am planning to get back this year :D

Pros: Loved the location! Located in a quiet neighborhood but with all the necessary amenities close by such as convenience stores, cafes and subway access that can quickly put you right in the middle of the most buzzed neighborhoods. The hotel room was very comfortable, quiet and with a great size considering that we were in Tokyo. The public bath was also a must!

Cons: If I have to point out anything is just that, not all reception staff, could speak english. We had some communication misunderstandings but were quickly solved by using translation app, or another colleague that was at the reception as well. Other than that, all the staff members were super nice and helpful.

Amazing value for money!

Pros: Beautiful room and facilities, so clean and lovely. Convenience store downstairs and peaceful location

Cons: A bit too far from the nearest station for me as I had a big suitcase

One of the better tokyo hotels for sure

Pros: Woah. It was awesome, really. The place was clean, it was located in a quiet street, there was a good onsen and food was delicious. 10 odd mins to either metro, but you should know this before you book.

Cons: They charged 1500 yen per hour for a late checkout. I mean, it's a 36000 yen a night place. Why not just refuse late check out or just give it free.

Perfect!

Pros: Location (nice and quiet but an easy walk to closest station), big room (by Japanese standards), great value for money, friendly staff. My second time staying at this hotel!

Cons: Nothing, it’s perfect for a traveller who wants to stay somewhere comfortable but doesnt want to spend lots of money and doesn’t need to stay right in “the thick of it”.

Amazing hotel in great location

Pros: Really great stay in a really convenient location for Shinjuku and Shibuya

Cons: A tiny thing, but needing to get two lifts to your room isn’t so convenient

Pros: We were well surprised by this hotel. The room, as many hotel rooms in Tokyo, was quite small but the space was organised perfectly. Additionally, the staff was very friendly, kind and professional. We had a small misunderstanding about the total nights of stay, and the staff was so nice is sorting the issue out. I absolutely recommend!!

Cons: I suggest to install a water dispenser.
