I loved it

Pros: Very quick check in, polite staff, very quite, everything you need is available, station very close by, and the hotel is close to everything, just not too clean

A wonderful, stress-free stay in a perfect location with some of the loveliest and most thoughtful staff we experienced

Pros: The staff were truly exceptional and made the entire stay feel seamless from start to finish. They were incredibly kind and patient with us to try speaking Japanese while happily switching to English when we got stuck. The amenities were great (loved the popcorn snacks!), the room was spacious enough for two large suitcases plus two smaller ones, and the bathroom was clean and a really comfortable size. The location was perfect, easy walking distance to trains, amazing food spots, cafes, and convenience stores every few hundred metres.

Cons: Everything was amazing but my only note here is that someone could check behind the couch cushions more carefully. My phone slipped down the back and there were a few forgotten items, including a used hairbrush.

A pIeasant stay for us despite negative comments about the Tokyo Stay chains from friends.

Pros: We appreciate being put on Level 25 with amazing views. Thank you for honouring our request. The location was good with easy access to the Gaiemmae Station, a gentle four mins walk. Family Mart and 7 Eleven are on the ground floor within a few minutes walk for night snacks, beer, etc..

Cons: The room outlook to the city skyline was amazing, but casting your eyes below you will see a cemetery which is not ideal. The bath tub was small and the bathroom layout not too practical. The toilet is in the same bathroom which means if the bathroom was being used, then your room mate can't use the toilet during an an emergency. And having to go to the Lobby for toilet on Level 13 is not practical.

Pros: Lovely staff, location a bit boring for someone not interested in high end brands but well connected to all major areas in Tokyo, comfiest beds we had in Japan and best pillows by far, decent room size and good amenities!
