Pros: Next door to a 711 and Kondenmacho metro exit. Super easy change for the Keikyu line for Haneda and walkable to airport bus/tour bus pickup at Tokyo Station. Onsen was great. Decent sized room and pillow was the most comfortable I had on my trip in Japan!

Cons: No flexibility for early check in

Fabulous

Pros: Great location next door to the station or 10 mins walk to other lines. Many convenience stores within a couple of minutes too. Clean and comfortable with fabulous Onsen facilities which we made the most of. Free use of massage chairs, washing machine and ice creams were a bonus. Staff professional and helpful.

Pleasant, quiet stay with great access to Kodemmacho Station!

Pros: Ease of access to the Kodemmacho Station with elevators to the ground and a short walk to the hotel. The hotel room was spacious and well organised, the Airweave bed was comfortable, and bed linens were very smooth and of good quality. Whilst rather quiet the area, there were a few konbinis nearby. Nihombashi area is walking distance about 20 min away, and Kanda Station about 15 min away. Liked that it was quiet area, but it was the New Year's holiday time, so that could be why it was quiet.

Cons: The staff were very functional and I didn't feel that they were particularly warm or cheerful in their service. Maybe it's the having to work during the New Year period that makes them less cheerful?

Great value hotel in an interesting historical area.

Pros: Location is great, just half a minute from subway station. Facility is great as well, everything is quite new and equipped with high quality stuff like Refa shower head, latest Toto washlet. All the skin care products at the big bathroom is high quality, Pola. Specially treated water for the bath and every room is very good. After staying for 7 nights, our skin turned into very smooth skin! We asked for extra little table, and it was a great help for us to use computer.

Cons: There is no English tv program like CNN news. It's so important for us to know what's happening every day. Hope that they'll install this CNN station or any English news station soon.

Very Dormy Inn, very nice

Pros: Like the onsen and the free ramen for hungry people after 9pm

Cons: The staff was not very helpful in providing us with direction to the subway with the right entrance with elevators as we have heavy luggage and elderly, we needed help to get to the subway with elevator

Great Amenities, Location & Ramen

Pros: The location was great - very convenient to the train station and multiple grocery and convenience stores (with 7-11 being right downstairs). The staff were helpful and friendly. Free ramen at the end of the night was another plus - delicious and perfect for warming our tummies before going to bed. Bathrooms were clean as well. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to use the onsen, but it was convenient having laundry and drying available (yay for free detergent!). It was also extremely useful to see how busy the hotel facilities were on the TV (onsen, laundry, etc) without having to go physically check how busy it was.

Cons: The room size was perfect for 2 people - but any more and it would've been a little tight. Additionally, the walls were a little thin, but I'm not sure if this is to be expected of Tokyo hotels regarding room size and soundproofing.

Efficient simplicity in Tokyo

Pros: A typical Japanese hotel chain. The rooms are small but efficient, the staff are kind and efficient, and it has the added value of a very good location, only one minute from the metro, with a Japanese bath where you can relax. For those who look for efficiency and a good location without luxury, this is their place, thanks to its efficient simplicity...

Cons: n/a

Pros: This hotel was super good. Great food, good Onsen. The location was nice which is next to metro station. I really suggested this hotel.

Cons: I personally don’t like the reception, especially checking out date. After we got the luggages that we kept at the hotel. We needed to arranging something at the sofa and used a toilet. But the guy from reception (who brought luggage for us) looked at us and laughed, even gossiping with others. I was not so sure if he intended to talk about us. But for me, it is a bit rude. It looks like we did something wrong. Anyway, many stuffs were so nice. I enjoyed staying here.

Pros: Locations, onsen, massage chairs, room was small but functional and with all the comfort. Staff was ok

Cons: We had some issues to communicate with the reception before our arrival. It created some discomfort as we wanted to send our luggage from Kyoto but for a few days we could not get any confirmation from the hotel and we delayed it to the last minute when someone supported us in calling the hotel. Booking customer service was quite useless too as they were not able to get in touch with the hotel either (but this is standard, booking customer service never helps). Also, something strange happened: the cleaning staff took my toothbrush out of the dedicated glasses on the tap and placed it in a dirty mug we used to drink tea. Luckily the hotel had spare toothbrushes and I could use that instead.
