Excellent stay

Pros: Rooms, linen and towels were very clean. What was most appreciated was the inroom washing machine which enabled us to do laundry for the rest of our time in Japan after Tokyo.

Fantastic location

Pros: Fantastic location right by Sensoji temple. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Lots of markets and izakaya nearby.

Pros: Great place to stay right in the centre of Asakusa. The room with a view of Sensō-ji Temple and Tokyo Skytree was absolutely worth it. Having a washing machine and a small kitchenette in the room was a wonderful bonus. Plus the hotel offers many extra amenities you can borrow for free. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, truly going above and beyond. Many thanks again for recovering my hairbrushes that accidentally ended up in the trash!

Cons: The bathroom could use a few minor fixes, but it was perfectly functional and didn’t affect our stay.

Pros: A perfect place to stay to explore Kanazawa; apartments well set up and spacious, staff were brilliant and location excellent

Pros: We stayed in a suite with two twin beds: it was so nice to have a separate living area and kitchen for our stay! The beds were also comfy and you can easily pull the big fluffy duvet up to your chin.

Great location great convenience for travelers

Pros: Great location close to restaurants and shops and supermarkets, you can find any kind of foods within walking distance. With cooking stoves, microwave, fridge, washing & drying machine, provide great convenience for travelers, staff are nice and helpful

Cons: It would be a bit noisy because many restaurants downstairs along the street, and not too close to metro

Pros: Close to everything in Asakusa. No wonder it’s always fully booked especially during holiday season. The room is equipped with a washer, and that is a plus point. The location is superb.
