The room was excellent and great value for money, as was the breakfast. I would definitely stay here

A spacious, comfortable hotel with a gorgeous view just steps away from Shinagawa station

Pros: Such a luxurious hotel right next to Shinagawa station. The staff were incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything you may need. Being basically in Shinagawa station was so helpful coming from Narita airport and was well connected to the rest of Tokyo. The bathtub was spacious and luxurious and the bed was extremely comfortable. This was probably my favorite hotel we stayed in in Japan and we will definitely be staying again next time we come to Tokyo.

Cons: Honestly there isn't much to complain about! I'd say the only thing I think they could improve on is if they had a few more in room amenities like other hotels in Japan. But that's such a nitpick cause this was truly an incredible hotel.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental Strings Hotel in Tokyo this past July. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with incredible warmth and professionalism. The hospitality we received each morning at breakfast was a highlight of our stay—it felt so personal and thoughtful, making our mornings extra special. The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered all the comfort we needed for a family stay. We truly appreciated the hotel’s convenient location near Shinagawa Station, which made getting around Tokyo easy and stress-free. Overall, the hotel provided an excellent balance of luxury, comfort, and hospitality, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Tokyo.

Pros: Breakfast items and all staff were phenomenal an extremely helpful. And location to Shinigawa station was very ideal.

Cons: Air conditioning in public spaces to be stronger. Addional charge for extra bed when room was paid for three persons already.

Good, but could have been better for this price tag.

Pros: It was right next to Shinagawa station which was convenient for us to get to the airport on our last day. Everything was good and room was comfortable and spacious throughout. Room service was immaculate. We were given the option to upgrade at a cost but we didn't take it as we're only staying for one night.

Cons: It was on the expensive end of hotel rooms. It would be amazing if they have actually given us the upgrade for free.
