Pros: The room was Japanese standard size, not very big but good enough and very comfortable. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the service was wonderful with such a friendly and helpful team. I highly recommend it for two people traveling with light luggage. The location is excellent, super close to restaurants and the city center, which made everything very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Fantastic location, we stayed on our first night after flying / travelling for almost 20 hours. Easy to locate straight off the train, staff very helpful, very convenient smoking area right outside

Pros: The location was good. The room was big and clean. Reception was realy helpful.
Cons: The acoustic is terrible you can hear every footstep banging on top of you. The shampoo and soap were testers in plastic wraps for one use only.

Great location!
Pros: Great location with easy access to the trains and metro. The 7-11 next door is super handy! Nice to have a separate shower and toilet. Great air con and mini fridge to store water etc. We were able to check in before the check in time as our room was ready, which was fab. We left our bags for a little while upon check out which was also great. Staff were all friendly! We had read the previous comments and were therefore aware if having to leave out room key every time we left so this didn't bother us.
Cons: We had room 101 which is on the ground floor right next to the stairs. This meant we had quite a bit of disturbed sleep as there was no elevator/lift and a lot of stomping going on. It's not the hotel's fault (at all!) but something to be aware of.

Nice hotel
Pros: Is a nice place to stay. The location was very good, close to the train station and easy to get around Tokyo. The room was clean and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a comfortable place to rest after a long day. I would stay here again.
