Wonderful stay

Pros: The staff is very kind. My room was so comfortable and clean. The subway is a few minutes walk away and on a nice evening you can walk to or from shibuya district. Took me about 35 minutes. I really enjoyed exploring the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons: No laundry room.

Big room and accommodating staffs.

Pros: The staffs are all very professional and helpful. I really appreciate the help on immediate cancellation for refund when I noticed that I had booked the wrong flight on the night before I check-in.

Cons: For me mostly the location. It is like 15mins walk to the nearest train station. You can also opt to take a bus ride to get to there.

Made our trip even better !! It was lovely to have a nice hot bath and a clean comfortable bed at the end of a long day

Pros: What a fantastic hotel ! Very clean… staff are incredibly helpful and attentive. It was above and beyond for the price that we paid.

Cons: The cleaners wanted to get into the room as soon as possible in the morning. But really that’s not a bad thing ! Everything else was brilliant.

Wonderful staff. Well equipped room but with a small bathroom

Pros: Very nice staff who couldn’t have been more helpful.The room was full of amenities (washing machine) in the deluxe twin. Comfortable beds.

Cons: Be warned that hotel entrance is directly opposite a flyover, though noise from traffic wasn’t an issue during our stay. the area around the beds and bathroom was a little cramped.

Pros: The breakfast options were varied and of good quality. I didn't feel crowded nor rushed. The bedroom we had was excellent and very comfortable. The staff were all happy to help with anything and always smiling.

Cons: Charging the equivalent of £10 for a single lost key card is a rip off when these things cost 10p.
