Nplus Tokyo Akihabara Premium

A great stay for families.

Pros: In a nice quiet neighbourhood, a bit of a walk to akiba and the nearby subways. A lovely local supermarket nearby to cover all the family’s needs. The way the rooms was configured allowed for basically 2 big rooms to sleep in and a living area. The kitchenette and washer/dryer was a godsend for longer trips. Staff were also responsive and helped us with amenities that weren’t immediately there.

Cons: Other than the 700m walk that was tough with luggages, it was a good stay.

Just brilliant.

Pros: Staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel is great. We only stayed for one night but we wish we were there for longer. The room is styled in a traditional Japanese way. You get the whole floor to yourself so the lift basically takes you to your room door. We were a party of 6 and there was loads of room. There's a kitchen and washing machine. The dryer is downstairs in reception and it's free to use. Room was immaculate. Staff were great and stored our luggage for us when we checked out even though there was lots of it! Just a great hotel and I would highly recommend it.

Cons: Nothing.

Nice department hotel for families.

Pros: Spacious (family of 5) kitchen, possibility to wash clothes. Reception mainly unmanned but very good at communicating via the chat and Telekom if needed. 10 minutes walk to Akihabara an 12 minutes to Kanda

Great location and comfy beds

Pros: Much bigger than other rooms in Tokyo. Comfy beds.

Cons: N/a

Pros: Really nice space. Lots of room for our family of 5 (and we are tall people haha). Having the kitchen in there was also handy. About a 10 minute walk to station but direct to almost every major spot in tokyo.

Cons: Futon was a little hard. Not a huge deal for me but something to keep in mind.

Great room for the whole family with easy access to many attractions.

Pros: Quiet location close to stations, supermarkets and some restaurants and bars. Good location for exploring shopping area of Akihabara and short train ride to Senso-ji temple and surrounding area (eg SkyTree Tower). Good size Japanese style room able to be subdivided via sliding doors into three areas with plenty of space for four people and our luggage and a full laundry facility. The staff were very helpful (via goggle translate) in directing us to local amenities including walking me to both the post office and local shop to sort luggage transfer.

Cons: The beds were not the softest. OK but a little firm for my liking but still managed to sleep well after long flight.

Pros: Staff were really helpful and friendly - great location too in a quieter neighbourhood.

Great option for groups!!

Pros: - Perfect option for a group of 4. Really spacious and good quality. Safe location. - Prime location - easy to get to anywhere really. - Variety of bed options depending on traveller needs. You can separate the rooms with walls then open the room back up. - Air con was amazing to have, and you could also open the window - Lots of supermarkets nearby and a vending machine upon entry

Cons: - We never saw any staff in the place aside from when checking in which was odd. Who knows how we would have got help if we needed it? - There are many cupboards in the kitchen but hardly any equipment, or cutlery etc to use. - It’s about a 10 min walk from a station which feels typical for Tokyo but one to be mindful of.

Pros: Located in quite street but within walking distance to station including akihabara. Very clean and efficient service. Thank you, Wu Yang. Will use the place again for next visit.

Cons: Although you can contact the staff if need help, just wish if there is someone to talk to on desk.

Akiharbra stop

Pros: Really good sized property but a 10 min walk from station. A washer dryer would be perfect and instructions in other languages (English ideal)
