Great value and comfortable stay.
Pros: The hotel staff are very attentive and friendly. The room is comfortable for one person traveling alone or a couple. Great location and value.
Cons: The room is a bit small but enough space for a short stay. Also theres no natural light which can be a problem if you are staying for a longer time.

Pros: Staff are nice and kind, willing to help after losing items and let us pack our luggage in the cafe
Cons: Mouldy wooden clothes hanger and dusty window frame inside the tatami room(washitsu) Location is a bit far if you are tired and need to walk back to the hotel after a whole day's visit in Tokyo but acceptable

Very clean and lovely family room, quiet location, great service and facilities.
Pros: LOCATION - about a 10 minute walk to JR Akihabara station, other subway lines and main Akihabara area. Very quiet location for a good night's sleep. Convenience stores (7-Eleven, Lawson) about 2 mins walk and Daily Yamazaki about 5 mins walk. Large supermarket (Life) about 10 minutes walk. CLEANLINESS - Very clean, you can request a room clean by hanging the sign on your door. DRINKS ROOM - has free coffee machine, soft drink, water & juice machine. Also has a microwave to use for free. FAMILY ROOM - nice layout (2 beds in one room, 2 futons on tatami mat in other room, also a small table and floor cushions to sit on tatami and enjoy a meal. Bathroom has shower, bath tub, sink, toilet with heated seat etc. The room did not feel too small for our family, and there was a desk with chair, clothes hanging rail and fold-out bench for a small suitcase or bags. Also has fridge with mini freezer compartment, kettle and cups.
Cons: The 10 min walk to the train and subway might be a bit far for some, especially if it's cold or rainy (although the hotel did provide free umbrellas to borrow). However, it is due to this further location from the trains/city centre that makes it such a quiet and peaceful location - you can get a good nights sleep without the noise of the city centre. Also note that the bathroom privacy is provided by a closing glass door and curtain. The internal glass door to the shower room within the bathroom is not curtained or frosted, so that is something to consider.

Pros: The room and the bathroom were big compared to other Japanese hotels, especially in Tokyo
Cons: No restaurant, but they do have a space with tables and chairs where you can bring your own food and they provide free drinks.

A good location - very near the action of Akihabara
Pros: Good location. Nice cafe area with refill drinks. Good toilet and shower.
Cons: Limited tv options. No water / coffee sachets in the room. Although these are downstairs.

Quiet but not too far from the bright lights
Pros: The cleanliness, bathroom and customer service. The coffee room proved to be an unexpected bonus. The little restaurant across the road was a great place to eat with the locals.
Cons: It was a small space, even by Japan standards. Needed to side step around the beds and limited space for large suitcases.

A nice hotel out of the busy areas
Pros: The location was good, the area is nice and quiet. A short walk to the nearest station. 2 good sized convenience stores nearby. Bathroom was a very good size and the shower was powerful and hot. The room itself has everything you could need. The best part was the reception staff, they were very pleasant and unbelievably helpful.
Cons: The room pictures didn't reflect the room we had

Fantastic staff, comfy beds and great location!
Pros: We booked a double room which had a king single and a double bed, and oh my gosh was it comfy! Lovely bathroom, nice rooms and the staff were fantastic. Quite close to town and great food places.
