Perfect Location! Quiet during the night but Central during the day! Rooms are definitely on the smaller side in compari
Pros: Prefect location, just off the Main Street in Ginza so itβs quiet at night time but right by the station when going out!
Cons: The room is typical of Japanese standards, quite small. With two suitcases it was impossible to open both at once! This is the smallest Japanese hotel room I have stayed in on my 2 trips.

Choose a room on the street side of the building.
Pros: Comfy beds and decent size pillows for Japanese standards. Excellent location, 2 blocks from different subway lines in two different locations. Three \
Cons: However, the layout is DANGEROUS! As some other guests commented, on one side of the corridor, the building is extremely close to the back of other buildings (I would say that one meter maximum). This is not just being picky and not having a view. ItΒ΄s a matter of safety. How does they building code in Tokyo allow for this type of construction? In the event of a fire in the corridor, only one side of the building could be rescued. A firefighter couldn't climb up a ladder between both buildings, especially in rooms \

Great location and nice rooms - would stay here again!
Pros: First time staying here and it was great! Room was very clean and there were lots of free toiletries and other amenities to use or take from the reception area. Location was excellent, right next door to a Lawsons convenience store and a starbucks for a quick breakfast early in the morning. Not too far from Tokyo Station and the area had lots of great shops nearby. Very safe area and the hotel met our request to put all of our rooms close to eachother. Would absolutely consider staying here again.
Cons: Rooms were small but this should be expected from just about every hotel in Japan so not really an issue. The laundry only had I think two washer/dryers and everytime I went to use them they were occupied which was frustrating.
