Great Option I wil try to book again.

Pros: Location was perfect close to train station that gave easy acess to nearby attractions and wider rail network. Room was great and staff were friendly and helpful, I got a really good deal on this room so it exceeded expectations for the price paid. Did not use the restaurant however it looked really nice.

Cons: Not really anything

Pros: The staff was great and very helpful. They would call local business and help us make resavations. The rooms were very clean and well kept. I would stay there again.

Pros: Staff Santosh from Nepal showed exceptional tenacity in finding solutions for my mobility problem, a result of sports injury. After trying a few other ideas, he eventually arranged a wheelchair to pick me up at the taxi drop off of narita. The rest of the staff are also very nice and helpful. Clever use of space. Nice clean bathroom.

Cons: The family room could do with a table and some stools, as it’s too small for chairs. The pantry lights were on all night, as I couldn’t find the light switch.

Would definitely comeback. Next time with a better window view.

Pros: Even though the space was small, the room felt cozy. It was cozy enough to feel relaxed after a long day of travelling around. I loved it. It had Everything i needed.

Cons: Nothing to comment. All was expected. Expectations were all met.

Convenient location

Pros: Location is convenient to get around Tokyo, very close to Asakusa and Akihabara. Plenty of shops and eateries around. It's clean and quiet, beds are quite comfortable. They even offer an additional pillow too. I liked that they are trying to reduce the impact and offer to opt out of cleaning your room every day (they will still take the rubbish out, change the towels and give you bottles of free water). I also liked that you can open the window, it helps with claustrophobia. There's a laundry room with washers and dryers, you can pay with coins.

Cons: The room is small, quite typical for Japan so I can't really complain. If you can, go for a twin bed room to have a quality sleep with your partner. Don't bring a lot of clothes, there's not much space to hang them (there's a wall with hooks and hangers which is very nice, but it's not enough for two people with jackets, rain coats, scarves, etc). And good luck with fitting your large suitcase.

10 days at the hotel monday

Pros: Location was awesome. Rooms were pretty clean.. I'm tall so I seen dust where most normal people can't even reach lol. Staff were awesome and helpful. Quiet building

Cons: I'm tall, the beds were to small. The sheets were to small as well. I understand Japan is humid but the air conditioning didn't fully cool the room down. After asking staff for help it did improve somewhat
