Great hotel with great transport links, will stay here again.

Pros: I stayed here for two weeks from the middle of November '25 and have to say, I really liked the hotel. It was very clean and quiet and the room was perfect for my needs. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I asked a couple of questions in advance of my stay and they always replied quickly. The location was great: literally a minute or two from Kayabacho metro station which had great access to large parts of Tokyo and connecting lines. Nihonbashi is really nice, more of a business district but lots of great places to eat and visit. Because it is a business district, it also means it's a quieter at the weekends. It's also very close to the Sumida River which is a great spot for taking evening walks. Next time I visit Tokyo, I plan to stay here again. Plus there's also a Family Mart attached to the hotel, so you can't get better than that!

Pros: The hotel is close to the subway station and everything was great.

A practical and reasonably priced option for a business trip

Pros: Very clean. Good location near to business district and public transport. Decent Japanese breakfast.

Cons: Room was small. Bed was not the most comfortable.

Pros: The staff was very professional and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The room, while small, is still cozy and has everything you need. The location is great! You're close enough to Tokyo station and to most of the pickup points for tours. I would highly recommend staying here.

Cons: The room size might be off-putting to style travelers who are used to bigger rooms. I traveled solo so it didn't bother me.

A lovely hotel, well priced, great staff and great location.

Pros: Overall Good experience. The room size was a bit small but was fine for solo traveller . Rest location is superb near to the main station.

Ok location but room is a little small.

Pros: It was close to places like Ginza, staff were nice.

Cons: The TV is in a awkward placement as it sticks out. There is only 1 place you can put your luggage and the tv can be in the way. I went down to get something from my luggage and hit the side of my head against the tv while coming up.
