Sakura Cross Hotel Tokyo Kayabacho

Perfect hotel for a family holiday in Tokyo.

Pros: Everything about Sakura Cross Kayabacho was perfect for our stay. The room was more than adequate to accommodate our family of 6 and was fitted with very comfortable bedding. The location was exceptional with a clean and safe park directly opposite for the children to run around in and the general area being a bit quieter than some of the busier areas of Tokyo. Two train stations are within a 5-10min walk with a number of food choices available (with a Starbucks also close). Check in was simple and seamless and all staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful when needed.

A surprise stay which was great for space, sleeping bed quality and being a quiet location.

Pros: The family suite was big room and very minimalist which was the best for us. We love the shower and the huge TV.

Cons: There was the strict minimum for drink only, it will have been nice to have some cutlery in the case we need to eat in house.

Easy to access, well maintained, space for a large family (2 adults, 4 kids).

Pros: It was in a quiet part of Tokyo, with easy access to everything we needed. The room comfortably fit our family of six with space to relax after hours and hours of walking around the city. The facilities were well maintained and clean. And the towels were fluffy.

Cons: They brought fresh towels which was lovely, but they did smell a little funky - possibly from being dried in the dryer. But there’s not much else you can do in Tokyo in the middle of winter but use a dryer.

Pros: Easy check in. No staff at all! We had a private elevator. Room size was great.

Cons: The bathrooms are in 'cupboards'. So strange. Some mould.

Small but very practical room in a great location.

Pros: Great location felt very safe, in a small neighbourhood with park, shops and restaurants. The room is well planned out so while it is tiny it was very practical for two adults and two kids.

Cons: Be good if the patio had a fence, it felt a bit exposed to sit out there.

Pros: The family room was very roomy for 5 people, clean and comfortable, well equipped, excellent beds. No room or functions in the reception but the staff we’re very kind and helpful. Nice and calm location. Value for money

Pros: It was genuinely so nice and cute. I have never been to Japan but Sakura Cross Hotel has made me feel home. I nice place to come back when lost in sparkling Tokyo

Pros: Very comfortable room with a nice outlook and in a convenient location. Perfect for a family as it is bigger than most rooms that we could find in Tokyo. The staff were very helpful, and the room is nicely set out. Overall a very positive experience.

Pleasant stay und worth money.

Pros: Good, quiet location und friendly staff. Good for families with the kids. Near playground, restaurants, grocery und underground.

Cons: Tea spoon could be cool 😊

Great for a large group. There were 6 of us (5 adults & 1 child) that met up there for a family holiday. Perfect spa

Pros: Very clean & in a quiet location, with a laundry close by, 7 eleven & family mart. Walking distance to coffee shops & Starbucks. Taxi fare to Tokyo station was very reasonable for a family of 4 (in the rain) and worth it at night when we arrived. Very close to train stations. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there
