Good hotel in Tokyo

Pros: Hotel is clean and well maintained. Rooms are comfortable in size and amenities. Breakfast is great.

Cons: There is no solution for take away breakfast or breakfast before 7am. We paid for stay with breakfast but left without on our last day when we had to leave at 7am. So if you stay multiple days, consider to identify how many days you pay for breakfast from the beginning.

I’ll be staying here again, that’s for sure!

Pros: The breakfast was great. Loads of variety. The actual hotel was super clean, staff were uber friendly and the rooms were a great size. The location was unreal too, nice and quiet but still really easy to get anywhere.

Cons: Just the pillows, but I probably could’ve asked for a change.

Wonderful stay in a very convenient location

Pros: Very clean and modern rooms, with very comfortable beds. However rooms are very small. We were 2 adults and 3 kids and stayed in a connecting twin room and we had to keep everything in our suitcases, because there were no closets. Staff were kind and helpful. Laundry room was very convenient. We liked the location and good connection to public transport - bust stop just outside the hotel and a short walk to subway.

Cons: Although breakfast was delicious, we would have loved some Japanese food, like miso soup.

Pros: The breakfast was absolutely stunning! Super clean room and nice skin care products. Very friendly personal and helpful at the front desk, which was 24 hours available. Nice location to the Metro station Kachidoki and supermarkets like Life, Lawson and 7eleven.

Brand new hotel with excellent bakery inside!

Pros: The hotel is brand new, you can smell this freshness in the air. The layout of the rooms is excellent, we has a corner unit and it had a proper lobby space, spacious bathroom space and a spacious room. Great amenities inside the room, and excellent choice of various amenities at reception. Breakfasts are great with fantastic choice of food options. The location is very convenient, approximately 7 mins from the metro station and bus stop in front of the entrance. On the ground floor there’s an amazing bakery / cafe - the pastries and sandwiches are delicious! Loved my stay and will definitely be back

Pros: Excellent deal, rooms are a bit small but very comfortable and clean Good for a couple or couple with one little child, more then this you will need two rooms. Breakfast is excellent, you have everything and more

Cons: Location is not the best but Uber to Ginza is very quick and Ginza is not too far

Comfortable for families!

Pros: Very clean, spacious and close to odaiba attractions as well as Ginza. Nice touch to have the amenities section at the lobby with face masks

Cons: Connectivity... not along main train lines so we ended up taking cabs everywhere
