We are happy to stay this hotel.

Pros: The location of hotel is close to train station and is convenient for us. The room is very clean and each staff is kind.

Pros: -location (5 mins to JR and Metro) -staff (had a problem with payment - they made their best) -nice cosmetics in the room

Cons: -not everyone among staff speaks English -can't pay by apple pay

Overall I was satisfied with my stay. The price was a little higher than I'd have preferred.

Pros: Room amenities and layout were good, the view was fantastic. Hot water was a good temperature.

Cons: Mattress wasn't terribly comfortable. The door locking/unlocking card system would benefit from better instruction in English. Upon checking into one of the rooms, the available roll of toilet paper was less than half full, with no in-room replacement.
