Pros: Location was great! Right in front of the train station. The place was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and accommodating. There’s also free lockers and lock wires at reception for your luggage so you can leave it there before check in and also after you check out incase you have a late night flight! That was a huge stress reliever for me as I didn’t have to think about hauling my luggage everywhere while I explored places on my last morning in Japan. Double room and bathroom was a decent size. Slightly bigger than others I’ve seen. I could open up my luggage on the floor and do packing.

Cons: Bed was a bit narrow and short. My partners legs ended up sticking off the bed. It would have been good for one person but not 2. The room air conditioner was not adjustable under 20 degrees. The room would get stuffy which made things uncomfortable since we were unable to cool the room down.

Good location Great breakfast.

Pros: Breakfast is very great. Location is quite good, you can go to Subway floor by Lift. Room is good but if you have 2 big laggage, you will get some concerns.

Cons: Front desk area is quite narrow, especially when people are waiting for breakfast.

Pros: The breakfast is so very good, Value for money. And the staff also good takecare and gave us all information. You can checkin early if you ahve the hotel's member / email registered. Air-con can be adjust the temperature (So very gooddd) The location is very good connect the train and 1 min walk to JR.

Cons: They only provided one pillow, which was quite hard. The inside felt like small foam beads, and it was flat, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. I had to request two additional pillows. But its fine for me because everythings all better than expect.

Good location to visit Tokyo

Pros: A good location near a few train lines. Locally, plenty of eateries. Easy travel to Tokyo hot spots. The hotel had a free, help yourself, bar in the early evening. Good laundry room. Free soft drinks.

Cons: Room had no storage space so we were living out of suitcases. There was a lot of choice at breakfast but not a lot to suit my western taste. If you like fish and curry for breakfast you will love it.

Spacious room - great location

Pros: Spacious room with a great location, just across the street from a train station on the Yamanote line!

Pros: Location is the best. Staff is nice and kind. Service is good.

Pros: Location was perfect, just a few stations away from Shibuya and Shinjuku from JR line Takanadobaba station. The hotel was cozy despite the cold weather during our stay. Room was comfortable and bed was clean, couldnt have asked for more.

Cons: Only the water dispenser's location that was only available at level 5 which meant taking the lift everytime just to refill your bottles. It would have been ideal if every storey has a water dispenser to truly encourage guests from purchasing their own water which I did to save myself from the hassle.

Great hotel for convenience!

Pros: It was super convenient, just outside Takadanobaba station. Very clean, great breakfast, well designed room although very small. Good staff. Well managed and designed. It's not a room for hanging out in since it's so small although it has a small desk for one person. They also offer part of the breakfast room downstairs to hang out in.

Cons: The room I had would be too small for two people, but fine for one person.
