Amazing but not perfect. Would still reccommend!
Pros: I really enjoyed all the facilities, such as the washing machine, free Wi-fi and microwave! The area is very \
Cons: Some things I didn't enjoy however: I'd advise you bring your own pillow if you stay here. There is only pillow per room and it was very uncomfortable. I took my own thankfully. - In my case, the AC wasn't clean, which caused a lot of fluff to exit it and enter the room. Thankfully a hoover is provided, so it was an easy clean... but it was still extremely frustating. - There are 2 vending machines in the lobby, but none of them worked during my stay. Unfortunate, but there are other vending machines very closeby if you're desperate.

My stay was comfortable
Pros: I enjoyed that the hotel was central and I could walk around and discover most places.
Cons: It's a pity that the Reception office only opens after 09:00. As an international visitor, it would have helped to have a directory of places of interest or a map of some sort, within easy reach.

Pros: It is a nice budget friendly place, close to the station & some shops. You literally get what you pay for in terms of accommodation. The hotel staff is really kind, they do everything what they can to help you in their working hours. There is a washing area where you need to use 100 yen coins, so make sure you have some on you. The garbage is your responsibility to dispose of which is on the same floor as reception & laundry. There is only 2 type of disposing, which are burneble & non burnable. There will be some pictures & explanations which go where. My room was spacious with good sized beds & an extra kitchen area. Mind you these facilities are really old. But you can find a mini fridge, rice cooker, kettle & microwave in it. It is literally for a quick stay for your trip & not an enjoy your relaxation type. The internet is fast & reliable tho, area was quiet during night.
Cons: This is not the hotel's fault BUT a warning for people who plan to stay there. There is a middle-aged lady walking around the street who is talking about religion. She seems kind & friendly at first, but soon she becomes really persistent. Her pitch is Fuji-san & Buddha. She is extremely religious & pushes it on you to believe in the strongest higher power. We kept being polite & said we might do pray, but she literally wanted to drag us to the place. Go pray now. She didn't take no for an answer, giving us papers in japanese. We had to be a bit rude to her to let us go. It was super uncomfortable. On the way back at night, we ran into her again & she started the same thing. Let's go pray now. She didn't want to take no for an answer & kept going on and on. I just kept saying gommenasai, daijobu des & walked away. Next night we saw her in front of the hotel door & caught another tourist. The reception was closed by this time. I saw another person running from the other side, into the hotel, which gave me the implication, this person also fallen victim of this lady & her mates. She literally asks if we stay in the hotel!!! She targets people there. You need to be super firm & walk away, don't let her keep talking. No matter how bad you feel! Don't go with her, it is not safe! ( apparently, on reddit, there is a post from 7 years ago where the same lady is mentioned with the same paper. She doesn't do anything unlawful, no touching, so I assume nothing can be done, but it is unsafe for a foreigner & the lady is a nuisance)

It was good. It was convenient to get to train station and affordable.
Pros: Property was decent for an affordable price and had everything we needed
Cons: Bathroom is small. Didnโt have extra pillows. Building looks quite old and worn out

Pros: Hotel is old, but we'll designed for stay, providing utensils, laundry, micro etc. Only pain was not given room in higher floors though booked 2 months back. Missed view and good ventilation. Close to Tokiwadai tobo lane railway, though far from narita airport, after 6 pm no reception , room service missing , faced english language problem of hotel staff , helpful though. Nice neighborhood, but missed Indian restaurant near by.

Pros: Working microwave and stovetop in the room. Room layout leaves space to keep luggage
Cons: Two pillows for the bed would be nice. Difficult to reach the sink
