Clean and good size rooms in a good location

Pros: I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was super clean and had a onsen as well! Great location next to the fish markets. I’d def book again!

Cons: Our room was overlooking an external fire escape, which wasn’t that memorable. They just had normal mattresses on the floor, would’ve been good if they were tatami mats. Whilst the room was big, there was not much hanging space.

Modern, clean and away from the hustle and bustle!

Pros: Excellent modern rooms and facilities! We booked the family room with two doubles which was spacious with great views over the river and rainbow bridge. Hotel staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Great ramen restaurant and family mart just right next door!

Cons: The onsen area whilst was nice, was very busy at night and I felt the lounge area was right outside the ladies onsen which was uncomfortable having men hanging out in that area.

Pros: Overall it’s a nice hotel but the only part I don’t like is they have set the check out time to be 10:00am and it became a rush hour for all the guest to check out around 10, and we have to wait for abt 10 minutes to be able to enter the lift.

Pros: The location is wonderful. I got to skip all lines and tried out all the yum food in odd hours. The ceramic store next to the hotel is a gem. I would recommend this hotel for family. The room is extremely spacious for a family of 3, which is quite rare in Tokyo.

Pros: Check in process was quick, and the room was very big for 2 adults and 3 kids (3 queen sized beds)

Cons: Only provided 3 pillows, even though I specified 5 people staying. Asked for extra pillows and was denied.
