Pros: I loved how warm and welcoming the place felt, and how the staff helped create this atmosphere. The location was perfect, hidden away on the outskirts of Shibuya, a small walk and you’re in the centre of it all.

Cons: Everything was great! The bath was a little bit too hot, so maybe that’s my only critique.

Pros: humble but excellent hotel with traditional rooms. the rooms are small by western standards (as one would expect), but are impeccably clean and well presented. the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. the property is well located within close walking distance to train stations.

Pros: Great location. Walking distance to Shibuyu crossing and restaurants Staff and guests were very friendly and respectful Facilities were always clean My partner was initially hesitant with the shared bathrooms but this ended up being no concern at all The place had a nice cultural feel to it Would definitely stay here again

Pros: Nice place made to look like a traditional inn. Took it as my last stay on my trip. As a solo traveler it was nice to chat with the reception staff in the evening after getting back. Nice shared bath. Shibuya Saunas nearby was awesome to disconnect from the world for a few hours before my late night flight back home. Take the bus to and from the train station.

Cons: Somehow the electric bathroom ventilation blew in stale cigarete smell after a while when i turned it on.

Pros: Location Friendly helpful staff Very clean Traditional tatami room with futons. Japanese bath facilities.

Cons: We loved the room we stayed in, but done extra hanging hooks for costs, bags etc would be great. Aldo extra coat hangers would be beneficial.

Great stay with authentic feel!

Pros: The authentic feel, the quietness of the neighborhood and the space of the room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating!

Cons: Bathroom is a bit small, but that is in all accommodations in Tokyo. Some people smoking outside, which gets a bit in the room.

In the heart of Tokyo

Pros: 15 minutes from Shibuya station is amazing, you can go wherever you want easily. The staff is very kind and helpful. The showers are brand new and really well equiped. I recommend 100% for the price you'll never get better option !
