Wonderful experience.

Pros: Excellent location, price, staff, and amenities. Very spacious and well equipped.

Cons: Cleaning of the room could've been slightly more thorough.

What’s not to like!

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, spacious room, the spa bath was awesome and we loved the novelty of the round bed which was also exceptionally comfortable:)

Absolutely fantastic

Pros: Our first adult only hotel stay, we were a bit unsure, I cant recommend this hotel enough. Fantastic staff, huge, clean room, and the location? Perfect. Just perfect.

Massive rooms, great location in Shibuya, close to everything you'd need!

Pros: Great location if staying in Shibuya. Rooms are massive (especially for japan). Very quirky, and everything you need is basically at your doorstep.

Cons: Can be quite loud outside - but that's expected as you're literally in the middle of Shibuya. If you're a light sleeper, you might need earplugs, i found it alright (but im used to sleeping/living in the CBD)

Pros: Great location. Close to everything bars, clubs, supermarkets. Good value for money. Very nice receptionists.

Cons: Sticky floors in living room, very strong smell from the pipes.

Fantastic stay in Shibuya

Pros: The property is literally in the centre just 7mins walk from Shibuya station. The staff are so kind and sweet, super clean and the facilities are great too. Loved the hotel, one of our first stays in Japan and absolutely amazing!

Fantastic Hotel in a great location with great staff

Pros: The hotel is in a great location, short walk from Shibuya Scramble and very well connected - getting around Tokyo was a breeze. While the staff don't speak foreign languages they're very very friendly and accommodating. We were aware it was a love hotel before going however it has to be said it felt like any other hotel, there was very little noise or weird happenings. If you're looking for a cheap, comfortable stay in Shibuya that's well connected - book this place.

Cons: When leaving the hotel you exchange your key at the front desk for a pack of matches with your room number on - this was out of the ordinary for us however it was never a problem and we stayed here for 4 nights, sometimes coming back very late at night. It wasn't a problem at all

Pros: The hotel staff was very friendly they speak little english but able to provide you with what you need. I will recommend this place

Pros: Decent, comfortable room in a very good location for an affordable price. Despite being a love hotel, we have not encountered any weird stuff, in fact we barely met anyone and the room was very silent and comfortable.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind.

Perfect accommodation if ur self reliant and want comfort close to everything ull need when in tokyo

Pros: We loved being immersed in Japanese culture & being so close to everything we needed.

Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
