Pros: Great stsndard of e erything you need and under bed storage was a saver.

Cons: Main room light wonot go off unless all lights were turned off.

The room was spacious and clean the bed was comfortable!

Pros: The staff were really kind and could speak English well

Cons: I didn’t like that there was no do not disturb tags for the doors sometimes I would get woken up by room cleaning after working night shift

Pros: Early check in and late check outs also windows that open for ventilation!!

Cons: Having to leave early despite paying for late check out because of maintenance work on the lifts. Would not have been able to carry luggage down the stairs.

Great base location for shibuya.

Pros: Room is very small, but very clean and comfortable. Step up into the bathroom could be problematic if tall though!

Clean, modern, decent location, but tiny rooms.

Pros: Clean and modern. Friendly staff. Easy checkin and checkout. Decent location, 15 minute walk from train station. Not many attractions nearby but lots of food places and shopping.

Cons: Tiny room by Western standards. Barely fit in the bathroom. Bed was quite hard and uncomfortable. Air con mode cannot be changed, and opening a window is too noisy as it's on main street.

Great location!

Pros: Great stay at APA Hotel Shibuya Dogenzakaue! The location was perfect — surrounded by shops, restaurants, and close to major attractions. The room was newly renovated, very clean, and had everything I needed.

Easy-breezy

Pros: The location is fantastic! I stayed in the older part of the hotel but it still felt modern. The staff was super friendly and eager to assist. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. Self service laundry was a plus.

Cons: As a visitor, If you’re looking to spend most of your time in the hotel, this hotel is probably not for you. The rules are a bit on the small side. But if you’re looking for a place to just unwind after a long day of exploring this place is perfect.
