Pros: The staff were amazing, the view was phenomenal, and the room was very clean. I asked for special arrangements and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. Moreover, there’s a train station nearby and also convenience stores. Thank you for the team for an amazing stay.

Pros: Disappointed ! we had an early flight but breakfast starts surprisingly late- so no breakfast despite having prepaid for it. view was great , room spacious

Pleasant, very helpful staff, comfortable rooms.

Pros: The view of the bay was nice. The rooms are regularly cleaned and checked up on by housekeeping. The concierge was very helpful with recommending restaurants and making bookings, and taxis were always readily available at the entrance.

Cons: I booked a king size bed and my room was changed to give me two twin beds oushed together, which creates a hollow in the middle and isn't comfortable, espeacially for two people. There was some maintenance work going on so a bit of noise but not too much, and there was a notice to indicte that the work was ongoing. The prices were high, but it was Sakura season so that was exected, especially as the booking was last minute. There also isn't really a gym with weights (its more cardio machines) so if you need a proper gym you'll need to go outside.

Pros: View over bay was gorgeous. Room spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable.

If you are looking for a good location with a good view would recommend.

Pros: Great location and views of the harbour from the bedroom. Train station and shopping complex with lots of food close by in addition to a family mart. Large room size for Tokyo standards. Very hot shower. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Mostly pay for the view. For the cost of the room the hotel doesn’t have many other amenities. The gym is pretty average, no sauna or Onsen. Okay buffet breakfast. No kids room.
