A good based

Pros: Very clean bathroom and comfortable beds. Good location, close to trains and restaurants/cafes. Appreciated being able to leave excess luggage while we travelled through other areas of Japa.

Clean and quiet hotel for just sleeping.

Pros: A practical and smart hotel with a great price-performance balance. We stayed here mainly for sleeping, and it was perfectly suitable for that purpose. Lovely personnel. Quiet enviroment.

Tiny but cozy and clean rooms, great location

Pros: The location is excellent. Close to stores and subway.

Cons: Even tho it's Japan, the rooms were a bit tiny, especially for 2 people (luckily I only had 1 large travel bag). But two bags would not have worked and I had to actually place it in the middle of the hall so it would fit which is was not good.

Convenient

Pros: Decent price given vicinity to “expensive” district of Hamamatsucho - connectivity to Haneda, Asakusa, Akihabara, Shinjuku are all easy with a 10min walk to train station. Clean and dust-free

Cons: Room size is small but adequate for one person. The main issue is with the narrowness of the room - my cabin sized luggage fills 2/3 of the corridor width, and there is definitely no space to open that luggage elsewhere in the room. Breakfast is a hard skip. Very sad for ~15000+ JPY. Just get your meal at Lawson just round the corner.

Pros: Very clean room, friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out process. Very handy to be able to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out.

Cons: The room was a little bit small, but this wasn’t really an issue as we could still open our suitcases individually.

beautiful hospitality and great value for money.

Pros: A good location to stay still relatively close to the city, and only a 10 minute walk to the subway. Staff were very friendly and helped us with parking for our hire car. Our room had fresh towels everyday, which was a lovely treat after a big day exploring Japan. Room was on the bigger side for a Japanese motel.
