Exceptional service in a modern and classy setting

Pros: A brilliant stay and final night of our trip to Japan. The staff were excellent and went above and beyond. This was exemplified by the fact that unfortunately our suitcase was badly damaged in transit from our room to the taxi for our departure. The hotel were quick to investigate and replaced the suitcase without issue - that’s what sets a place like this apart… very much look forward to returning.

Pros: Exceptional hotel where every single hotel staff communicated with me with a smile on their face. It can really make someone's day. Best group of hospitality staff I've met so far. First hotel where the reception staff also personally brought me up to my room and showed me around. The first hotel in Tokyo I've stayed at that has both Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Bay views on each side. The window in the room was also really huge so you have a wide angled view. Interior design was also very well done. I've had dinner at Sushi Migiwa, and I was moved to the lounge for dessert where I could sit there as long as I wanted to enjoy the views of Tokyo Bay. The breakfast provided was splendid as well. Food portions provided were very generous and delicious - with free flow juices, milk and bread. Very nice lobby where guests can chill at after check out before heading to the airport.

Cons: The only refrigerator in the room is for the minibar - and it only has an exact number of slots for its bottles. There's no empty space to put your own stuff. Unfortunately, due to how the hotel is designed, you have to keep going to the 35th floor to transfer to other elevators to get to the restaurants and bars or go downstairs.

Pros: O hotel tem uma estrutura fantástica! Quartos amplos, academia completa, piscinas, onsen dentro do vestiário e vistas privilegiadas de Tóquio. Como o hotel começa no 35o andar, todos os quartos tem uma vista livre. Tomamos café da manhã com vista para o Monte Fuji!

Cons: Eu acredito que ainda a equipe pode melhorar o nível de serviço. Acho que para um hotel desse padrão, faltou mais proatividade dos funcionários. Por exemplo, o concierge poderia ter se apresentado e se colocado à disposição para nos atender e nos ajudar com atividades e reservas em Toquio. Além disso, tivemos alguns pequenos problemas de comunicação com as equipes do restaurante, que tinham mais dificuldade com o inglês.

Pros: The views and amount of windows with natural sunlight is really unmatched to any other hotel in Tokyo. The amenities are stellar. The pool is stunning! They have a jacuzzi indoor and outdoor, steam room wet and dry and cold plunge. I had a couple spa treatments too that were great, a massage and hydra facial. The staff was so kind and helpful in every department! I’ve stayed at Aman before and I think Fairmont honestly is the best hotel in Tokyo! I can’t wait to return!

期待を超えた、心に残る極上の滞在

Pros: 成熟しきった東京のラグジュアリーホテル市場に、どのような新しいホテルができたのかとても興味を持っておりましたが、期待以上の体験でした。正直、リッツカールトン東京以来の感動です。 滞在中、少しだけハプニングはありましたが、それを上回るほどのきめ細やかなサービスや真摯なご対応は、さすがフェアモント東京だと感じさせてくれました。 家族もとても喜んでおり、またぜひ宿泊させていただきたいと思います。 I was genuinely curious to see what new standard Fairmont Tokyo would bring to the highly mature luxury hotel market in Tokyo. The experience turned out to be far beyond my expectations — truly the most impressive stay I’ve had since The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo. Although there were a few minor issues during our stay, the attentive service and sincere hospitality more than made up for them. It truly felt like the level of quality one would expect from Fairmont Tokyo. My family was delighted, and we would very much love to stay again on our next visit.

Pros: Das Fairmont Hotel in Tokyo ist ein wunderbares, neu eröffnetes Hotel mit einem einzigartigen, schönen Design. Die atemberaubende Lobby beeindruckt sofort, und die tolle Poolanlage mit Sauna lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die moderne Fitnessanlage ist top ausgestattet, und das hauseigene Restaurant ist sensationell – wir sind total begeistert! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die aufmerksamen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter, die unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht haben. Als kleines Extra werden sogar Pyjamas in den Schlafzimmern zur Verfügung gestellt – einfach großartig!

景色を楽しみたい人にオススメ

Pros: お土産に犬のぬいぐるみが可愛い。 部屋は広々とした浴室でゆったりとできた。洗面台も２つあり助かる。所々ガラス張りで広く感じる。全体的に高級感がある。 ゴールドシグネチャー専用のラウンジや食事スペースでチェックイン、食事、チェックアウトできるので待たされることがなく快適だった。

Cons: 朝食の際に共通の前菜プレートの後に選択可能なメインディッシュが運ばれてくる。明らかに前菜を食べ終わってないのに下げてもいいですかとスタッフに声をかけられた。「ダメです。」と答えたが再度違うスタッフがきて食事を下げに来た。 出来立てでメインを提供したいのだろうがテーブルも広いのだからそっと置いていけば良いのにと思った。
