Henn na Hotel Tokyo Hamamatsucho

A awesome small but convenient stay in Tokyo.

Pros: Location, room was small but comfortable. Very easy to check in and out. Not to busy.

Cons: Small pillows, would like to see more pillows.

Pros: The breakfast is AMAZING! The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to several metro stops. While the rooms were small (as they typically are in Tokyo) it was still very comfortable. Great place to stay and get to after landing at Narita airport

Pros: I liked the location of the hotel close to Hamamatsucho station which meant I could transfer to the airport with ease. Around the area, I found lots of restaurants, convenience stores, karaoke bars which was a bonus. On my last day in Japan, it was easy to get to Tokyo Tower - an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Pros: Having Robots great you is a novelty. Bonus Laundry steamer in room to freshen up clothes. Close to 2 train stations making it very easy to get around Tokyo. Close enough to walk to local attractions such as Tokyo tower and some local markets. Choices of Family Mart and Lawsons close buy for convenience.

Convenient location and good value for price

Pros: Check-in was quick, but only after going through an online form that includes scanning passport first. Free self-served luggage storage, both before check-in and after check-out, made our journey smooth. The location is very convenient—very close to JR, monorail and subway stations, with direct connections to both Haneda and Narita airports.

Cons: The baggage-compressing device in the storage room didn't work and I only lost money. It was supposed to suck up the air from the plastic bag with the items, but instead it pumped it until the bag broke. The room was pretty small and I barely could open my suitcase (which is not unusual in hotels in big Japanese cities).

A good hotel with a unique feature, but with higher room prices than it should

Pros: The hotel is in 5min walking distance from the Hamamatsucho station and has the unique animatronic check-in. Several restaurants and convenience stores are close-by. The Tokyo Tower is in walking distance.

Cons: The rooms are quite small compared to other hotels in Tokyo while the prices are higher. The animatronics at the check-in are interesting, but do not justify the higher prices. The accommodation is good, but I would recommend going somewhere else except the only sightseeing goal is the Tokyo Tower.

Great place to stay!

Pros: Having stayed here before, we find it a great location especially at the end of a very active trip. The local back streets are quiet, plenty of places to eat, lovely gardens near by to walk through, yet you can be back in Tokyo in a couple of rail stops or Shinjuku or Harajuku! Also at the end it’s a short trip on the monorail to Haneda Airport! Almost forgot the night view of Tokyo Tower ( if you pick the right room!)! Love the humanoid robots🤖 at reception 😂☀️😀

Pros: A fun and modern hotel with robot reception — a cool experience! When we needed help, a real staff member came quickly to assist. The luggage storage area was huge and very convenient, with a compression machine that was a real lifesaver. The room was clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern facilities. The location was excellent — right next to the train station and still very quiet.

Cons: The room was quite small, so it could feel a bit tight with large luggage.
