Good-value option in the centre of Tokyo

Pros: Just what I needed. Central, friendly staff and nice buffet breakfast.

Cons: Nothing in particular. Do not take exit A5 ay ningyocho station if you have a heavy bag! (lots of stairs!)

Very friendly staff, nutritious breakfast, cozy room, decent price.

Pros: The breakfast staff were very nice. I enjoyed learning about the different foods from the Kanto region.

Cons: I did not like the smoking floors. While I didn't stay on any of them, the smell stayed in the elevator when the door opened on those floors.

Wonderful stay

Pros: Convenient, clean, there is a laundry in the hotel. Preferably to also provide shower cap. I would like to say the staff are very good and helpful especially the reception. Hotel staff allowed me to leave my baggage 2 days before my check in. Super helpful.

Pros: Great location, exceptional buffet breakfast with European and Japanese food, nice rooms, firm pillows, just 4-5 min to metro station, quiet

Pros: I left some belongings behind accidentally and the staff made sure they got back into my possession.

Perfect stay, I recommend

Pros: My room had everything I needed : a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, a little table and seat, a fridge and kettle. There are some things you can get from the hotel like a toothbrush, razor, green tea, etc. They come clean every 2 days (but you can choose to ask for cleaning or not if you want just by sticking a message on your door). The staff was very kind and helpful. The location is good, not in the most popular neighbourhood but it's very quiet and there is a lot of public transport in walking distance. Also close to Tokyo Station, 10-15 min by foot.

Cons: Can't find anything ! I really had an amazing stay! I must say that I booked a double room because it was the cheapest when booking and it was big enough for me but I can imagine a single room being small. But it's the standard in Tokyo so not a surprise. I was very happy with the space in my room.

Great Location, clean and friendly

Pros: Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout, which made all the difference. The location couldn’t have been better – right in the heart of everything, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, especially the bed – one of the best nights’ sleep I’ve had in a while. Would definitely stay again!

Pros: Near to everything, and it can store the luggage in the first floor.

Good deal for Tokyo stay

Pros: ・All the staff were very friendly ・Hair irons and other items available for rental at the front desk ・Free drink at the front •Many convenience stores around here

Cons: •A bit far from the station •The walls are a little thin so you can hear the voices of the guests in the next room and in the hallway

Pros: Hotel is easily accessible by train, room is adequate for one person, toilet is very small but still acceptable. Many convenient stores and cafes nearby. Bed is comfortable.

Cons: Checked in is strictly at 3pm checked out is very early at 10am.
