Good location and the staffs Asaishi and Teranishi really care about we have a good experience there and help us a lot.

Pros: The location is good and the staffs Asaishi and Teranishi was really good hospitality.

Cons: The bathroom sink was broken and nobody fix it till we left the hotel. We stayed there for 5 nights…

I will choose this hotel again next time when I back to Tokyo

Pros: The room is warm and clean with decent size of space. The location is excellent with easy metro access to airport and most of the shopping areas in Tokyo and it is quiet at night . 4 convenient stores nearby and open 24 hrs , lots of good restaurants nearby are top rated , Now this area is my top area to choose when visit Tokyo

Cons: Now hotel does not provide shower cap anymore.

Good prices for a great location

Pros: Great location close to many useful subway lines, including direct access to both Narita and Haneda airports using the Asakusa line. The Ningyocho area is interesting with lots of great restaurants but still quiet at night. I love the free sheet masks and coffee and tea (the best Darjeeling teabags ever!) in the amenities bar.

Cons: The self check-in machine was a bit fussy and we needed extensive help from staff to complete the process

Pros: Good location, good size rooms and good bathroom facilities.

Cons: Breakfast wasn’t great for a western palate and the pillows are not comfortable.

Pros: Breakfast is in Japnese style, quite tasty just everyday are eating the same foods as limited variety

Cons: A bit distance from the airport bus station to hotel.

Pros: Very good hotel with decent sized rooms. The location is a 15 min walk to Tokyo Station (easy to walk) and close to several metro, bus and train stations, which makes it easy to travel within the city. Breakfast is good (every day the same though), good coffee and very organized. Staff is very helpful but not everyone speaks (good) english. Very comfy and big bed.

Pros: Beautiful hotel, amazing staff and was very comfortable staying here. 5 min walk to the metro meant we could get into central very easily.

Pros: - nice hotel in a good location, close to the city center - good variety at breakfast

Cons: - they did not had a parking area, but provided discounted rate for a nearby parking (1200 yen/ 18 hours) - ask for a room without air conditioning units mounted outside to the room wall, or you will not sleep very good
