Perfect stay for family in Tokyo

Pros: The room is spacious. Equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect, direct train from/to Haneda and Narita. Walkable distance (even with kid) to various train line in Tokyo for example Disneyland, Teamlab Borderless, Ueno and Shinjuku Station etc... (with only 1 transfer by train which is really practical for big family.) Lots of restaurants and supermarket nearby. Eventhough it is almost fully automated check-in/out. But when you ask anything you will get the response promtly. Definitely my first choice for next visit to Tokyo.

Pros: New place, spacious, easily accessible via train to and from both Narita and Haneda airports. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Big toilet, plenty of English instructions.

A very convenient location.

Pros: The room was very clean. 50 m² for to Tokyo is quite large. It did look a little smaller than the photos. Access was Easy. A code was emailed to us on the day. The station is really close and it’s an easy commute to Haneda and downtown.

Cons: The storage lockers were all full.

Absolutely perfect and will stay again 10/10!

Pros: Perfect place to stay. The location is excellent, just steps from the subway station with a direct line to Narita Airport, which made travel extremely convenient. The apartment is new, spotless, and thoughtfully furnished. It is quite spacious by Tokyo standards. Although studio-style, it features a solid partition that clearly separates the bedroom from the living and kitchen areas, providing privacy and comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed. The photos accurately represent the apartment. What you see is exactly what you get. A major plus is the option to store luggage both before check-in and after check-out. We were also kindly allowed early access before 4 pm since our flight arrived early in the morning, which we truly appreciated.

Cons: Separation of rubbish was not clear. No clear indication on the rubbish bin which were combustible or PET etc. No access to the rubbish storage room and bags of rubbish had to be stored in the apartment until checkout. It is uncomfortable for long stayers.

Pros: Close to Kuramae Station (Gate A2) with direct train access from Haneda Airport. It is also within walking distance of Senso‑ji Temple, following a scenic riverside route with views of the Tokyo Skytree.

Lovely apartment within walking distance to train station. Clean. Just needs basic facilities to be included like tea, c

Pros: Great space for a family of 4. Quiet area but easy to walk to many places, with train station in close distance

Cons: No tea or coffee or milk facilities. And luckily a previous guest left washing detergent for the machine. For the cost of the stay, these should be included.
