Great stay hotel close to clubs and shops, restaurant staff are friendly diffidently staying again

Pros: Great value for your money. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the Goole translator came in very handy. Close to Shibuya crossing, train station and everything else.

Cons: Could slightly here the noise from patrons exiting nightclubs around the corner. Did not bother me only heard it a couple of times around 5am.

Amazing cozy and homely

Pros: It was really close to central shibuya. It even had a 7/11 nearby 1 min walking distance. The rooms were tidy private and neat.

Pros: The staff is amazing, they're all the time pending you and what you need They offer to you drinks and snacks for free The location can't be better and the size and distribution of the room is wonderful 💯

Cons: They not have a place to let your baggages

Pros: Centric location, easy check in and check out process, plenty of amenities in the room.

Cons: Sticky smell of tobacco in the room and corridors and noise from the nearby pubs.

Super cosy, a sense of being wrapped up in comfort and warmth; highly recommend - especially if you plan a big night out

Pros: Everything! Old school traditional quality, separate large solid bath tub, shower outside like sento; separate bathroom, every possible complimentary goodie, from apple tea and beauty products, to drip coffee sachets, hairbrush (it’s great!) etc; the warmest imaginable heating, lovely helpful staff who showed great sense of humour and again - genuine warmth. Highly recommend, and would love to have stayed here during my clubbing young days - it’s really in the heart of Shibuya!

Cons: Nothing. The expected odd burst of noise during Saturday morning but all things considered, it was a haven and an escape out of dreadful weather, so cosy!

Perfect for couples for a short stay.

Pros: Regardless of the location, it was very quiet and you could relax comfortably. Suitable for a short stay, the room was well equipped. Despite the error, the staff handled the situation appropriately.

Cons: There was a small mistake during the stay. Unfortunately, the minibar broke on the first night, so I couldn't use it on the second night.
