Comfortable, fun and friendly!

Pros: The room was quirky and the bathroom was nice as we had a large jacuzzi bath. The place was comfortable and we were able to get Netflix on the TV for at night time / in the morning. The staff were so friendly and the location was spot on!

Cons: Nothing I can think of, it’s a small room so was kind of difficult to keep all our clothes in one place but we knew what to expect when we booked it.

Pros: De locatie was geweldig en de extra faciliteiten waren erg fijn. Zoals de gratis zeepjes en drinkbar.

Pros: Sehr schönes Hotel mit liebevoller Gestaltung. Gratis Kaffee und Tee sowie kleine Snacks zum Frühstück.

Cons: Etwas Lärm in der Nacht und kleines Zimmer. Auf Google Maps ist das Hotel unter Hotel Eastern zu finden.

En general muy bien! solo esas dos cosas

Pros: Muy lindo, y me encantaron que tenían muchas amenidades

Cons: No había “ventanas” estaban tapizadas todas, y había mucho ruido en la noche Ah y las luces de nuestro cuarto se apagaban o parpadeaban de repente

Perfect location, brand new facilities, convenient and comfortable as advertised!

Pros: Location is absolutely perfect. Heart of Shibuya. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms are bigger than they look on pictures. Free cakes and coffee were definitely appreciated. Rooms are clean. Facilities are brand new.

Cons: Bustling neighbourhood, so a bit noisy in the evening, but totally manageable. It was actually fun.
