Would stay again

Pros: Right in the centre of Shibuya walkable to everything it is a bit older but did not bother us at all … clean and comfortable

Very good

Pros: I love the freebies they give you like moisturizing mask and others. The location was also really nice, really close to Shibuya Station, not even 5 mins. Though, it is situated on love hote hill. The pricing on booking.com was also much higher than what locals get, probably to scalp tourist.

Pros: This is an absolute gem of a hotel. Great location, haven't seen as many free amenities in a hotel ever. The staff is very very kind and helpful. Free drinks in the lobby, wine, water, champagne. Even facemasks and bathing balls. The rooms are bigger than usual in Japan. Great sound insulation as well.

Pros: The staff were all brilliant, free sparkling water or highballs and treats like face masks, the rooms were exciting and exuberant. The staff were so so so helpful. FANTASTIC LOCATION

Pros: Great location minutes from all the shops, bars and restaurants. Lots of free amenities in the lobby. Free self pour drink and ice cream for guests which was a great surprise. Comfortable and clean, the shower had great water pressure.

Cons: They do not store luggage once you check out which was quite frustrating as we needed to find a locker or storage place for a few hours while we were out for the day before an evening train. This is a bit of an annoying policy especially as they accept luggage to be posted to them so they are capable of holding/storage luggage.

Vegas in shibuya!

Pros: So we accidentally booked a love hotel (we think) for our family of three but who cares! Staff were amazing. The hotel was like Vegas in shibuya with sparkles everywhere! Free soft serve, wine, whisky and face masks in the lobby and shibuya just outside the door. Loved it!!
