Nice hotel in good location but extremely overpriced

Pros: Great location in Ginza, walking distance to meeting points for day tours from Tokyo.

Cons: Good hotel but very overpriced due to the overtourism.

Great location, rooms and staff service.

Pros: This hotel is situated in a wonderful area for exploring the Ginza neighbourhood and beyond. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the facilities at the hotel provided everything we needed for our stay. The rooms were also a nice size especially by Tokyo standards, being both quiet and functional for our stay. We would recommend and would definitely come here again.

Superb base for a Tokyo stay and great value for money

Pros: Fantastic location for easy connection from Haneda airport. Great area to use as a base for exploring Tokyo

Cons: Shower/toilet/sink arrangement was a bit cramped. Gym was OK but not the biggest or best equipped. But these are minor quibbles

Beautiful hotel in a great area with fantastic staff.

Pros: Fabulous staff, wonderful breakfast, nicely appointed room.

Cons: The bathroom is a little inconvenient as it is in the room but not the end of the world.

Pros: We were family of four and stayed in the hotel, booked two rooms as the room sizes are not that spacious. The location of the hotel is really good. Hotel offers complimentary coffee, croissants and bananas in the morning for those who do not have breakfast included to their stays.

Cons: The only downside of the overall hotels in Japan is the room size, it is not big enough to open your suitcase but we enjoyed our stay overall. Rooms were always cleaned and amenities were added every day.

Cons: Breakfast restaurant and bar were too small to cater for the number of rooms. Concierge was average. Too expensive for what it was.

A great 7 nights at the AC Ginza

Pros: Even before we arrived the staff were helpful, friendly and accommodated our requests. We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. The staff were respectful and lovely to deal with. The hotel was beautiful, modern and very clean. Buffet had a great variety and the restaurant had tasty food. Thank you for making our holiday memorable and hope to stay at another AC Marriott in the future.

Overall satisfied. Will return for our next stay.

Pros: It is a relatively new property and the room is clean, size is comfortable compared to most hotels in Ginza area. I hope the owner can consider to install some hooks/hanger in the toilet to hang the clothes while showering.

Cons: The younger staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. But we met a more senior lady (slightly taller) at the reception who is not so friendly and helpful. I hope the management remind the team to have consistency in the service approach among the staff.

Pros: Breakfast is quite good and lot of selection. Location is excellent and closed to Subway. Quiet although face main street. Wooden floor is my favor. Concierge is helpful to get a taxi.
