Pros: We (family of five) had a wonderful stay at this holiday home. The location was great, 8-minute walk to Ootsuka Station and a bit over 10 minutes to the lively Ikebukuro district. The house itself is spacious and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The key handover process was hassle-free. The only minor improvement would be having more cutlery and a dish towel for drying dishes. Overall, we highly recommend this place!

Agréable séjour qui nous a donné envie de revenir !!

Pros: Nous avons apprécié la propreté du logement, le calme et sa localisation proche de la ligne yamanote. L'Hôte répondait aussi rapidement à nos questions ce qui a été aussi très appréciable.

Pros: 房間很大，最愛浴室可以先開暖風洗澡就不怕冷，另外有兩個洗手間完全不怕要和家人搶，而且廚房設備齊全，有微波爐有煮食爐還有咖啡機，雖然與地鐵站有點隔離，但房間位置夠靜，回去前都有便利店和不同商舖買食物。屋主人好好，有禮貌，肯給我晚一點退房，肯好最後有晚一點退房，本來一早打算去澀谷那邊的柴犬神社參拜，回來時居然JR有事故停駛等了一段時間，最後趕的士回去都要10:30才回到，如果沒有提早商議好遲退房就會影響到屋主了。

Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. It’s really value for money!

Pros: We liked that we had so many rooms to choose where we could sleep and also the accessibility to the JR line. The presence of the washing machine that we could use was also very helpful. We also liked how responsive and helpful the owner was. I would have given this the 10-star rating if it werent for the aircon in the kids’ room.

Cons: The ony problem we had was the aircon in the kids room would drip on the bed when it’s turned on.
