Great value and location with comfortable beds

Pros: Great location, a bit noisy because the sirens from fire brigade could be heard but it didn't bother us much. Clean unit and comfortable beds, just enough crockery for 4. Didn't use cooking facilities, but available

Cons: Toilet was in the bathroom/shower area, with no shower curtain, so a little messy when having showers. Nowhere to store clothes or luggage, only a few coat hangers supplied. Fridge is very small, but ok to keep a few items cold.

Great location and comfortable stay

Pros: The location was perfect, the room is spacious, all utilities are available, instructions are clear instructions and communication is pleasant and fast. I've had a very comfortable stay, 7-Eleven and Family Mart are close by, the metro station is almost next door. Shinjuku is a walking distance away and other areas are within 30 minute travel time. I'd definitely stay here again.

Cons: The apartment is noisy, as in that you can hear the sirens and traffic. You're in the city next to the road so noise is to be expected. For me this wasn't an issue at all, but if you're sensitive to that I'd recommend bringing ear plugs.

Pros: Very good location, near the station, lot of restaurants nearby and supermarkets.

Pros: La proximité avec la gare de métro vraiment en sortant de la sortie juste à droite, proche des quartiers animés !

Cons: Mal isolé on entendait beaucoup les véhicules

Excelente opção para famílias que queiram se hospedar em Higashi-Shinjuku.

Pros: Localização dele é excelente, fica ao lado da estação Higashi-Shinjuku com várias lojas de conveniência, restaurantes, lanchonetes próximas. As instruções de check in foram excelentes, super bem explicadas. Anfitrião bem atencioso. Wi-fi funcionou bem, quarto estava limpo e tem bom espaço para três pessoas. Ar condicionado eficiente. Quarto muito bem equipado com várias coisas essenciais. Prédio dispõe de elevador. Adorei me hospedar ali.

Cons: Para tomar banho o quarto dispõe de banheira com um chuveiro na mesma área. Contudo, se for usar apenas o chuveiro não tinha cortina para evitar molhar o banheiro quando toma banho. É possível tomar banho com o chuveiro sem molhar o banheiro, mas precisa de um pouco mais de cuidado.

Good location for a few day stay to sight see in Tokyo.

Pros: The location of the apartment was perfect; just steps from the Metro station and many restaurants and a convenience store were nearby. The owner's instructions for CHECKIN and CHECKOUT were very clear and easy to follow. We had to contact him once and his reply was very prompt. Everything we needed was provided. We never heard any noise from adjoining apartments.

Cons: The noise from the traffic, especially emergency vehicles (Fire Station across the road) all night long was very loud, even though we were on the back of the building. Maybe if the front door to the building could be fixed so it can be closed at night, that problem would be less annoying. More light restrictive drapes would help keep the room darker in the morning hours.

Pros: 位置极佳！楼下就是东新宿的地铁口，走到新宿/新宿三丁目站都只需要十来分钟，对面就是歌舞伎町那一片。 房间虽然小但是布局合理，卫生间空间也比较大，暖气很好，花洒水流也比较大，洗澡很舒服，还配备有洗衣机。一家三口入住非常方便

Cons: Booking上有好几个房间的图片放在一起，但入住前没有明确告知确定是哪个房间，导致刚进门的时候，以为是房型弄错了😰 当初预定看上的是首页图，结果是另一个房型

Ubicación genial

Pros: El típico apartamento de Tokio, con más espacio del que esperábamos, sobre todo porque éramos tres. Las indicaciones para el check in bien explicadas. La ubicación estupenda.

Cons: Por poner una pega, no teníamos batería en la aspiradora, y no pudimos usarla.
