Pros: The location here was perfect! Everything was a walking distance. And as a family of 6 we were able to fit even if it’s a little cramp which we were fine with. Most toiletries and tableware were provided which we appreciated. Owner is also quick with responses whenever we had questions. I am definitely coming back to book here. 😊

Excellent position but quiet.

Pros: Very central position near Shinjuku and other lines, very close to Kabukicho and yet quiet(room facing the back of the building). Japanese size rooms but very clean and extremely comfortable. Deserves truthful reviews to emerge among others.

Cons: Only few very small details: Japanese size rooms …. bathroom mirror hanging too low for us, no dryer available, we had to hang on the balcony which could be difficult in winter. But nothing close to lower the overall rating, we knew when reserving , except the mirror (lol).
