Excellent. Would definetely recommend anyone visiting Tokyo to book this location :)

Pros: It was very spacious despite it being quite central within a busy district. Surprisingly quiet too.

Pros: Location and size of property great. Very comfortable and clean.

Cons: No coffee maker. Could use a few more kitchen things - plates etc. Could also use a chest of drawers or some storage space for clothes - there is plenty of room for it in the apartment.

Great little apartment, tucked away from the main hub of Shinjuku but within striking distance of everything you need. C

Pros: Great space. Not too far from train and other great sites around Shinjuku.

Cons: To help you with planning, you just need to allow enough time to get to/from the property from/to Shinjuku station - about 30 minute walk. Alternatively we also tried 2 x train lines - changing train lines from Shinjuku. In the end we had such little time in Tokyo that I couldn’t be bothered losing 2 hours plus a day just commuting to/from Shinjuku, navigating metro lines. We just took a taxi for convenience. The property is very spacious. It is very very close to an amazing convenience/grocery store that stocks bakery, sushi, fruit, drinks, specialty foods and anything you could wish for. The property is also particularly quiet for Tokyo so if you want to be close but quiet, I cannot imagine you’d find much better.

Pros: The warm decor, big space, good location and most amenities were provided.

Cons: Just the steep stairs if you happen to carry large luggages with young children. But it’s not a big issue.

Pros: The accomodation was great for a family. It was very clean and in a great location, 5-10 minutes from the Higashi-Shinjuku station servicing two metro lines giving easy access to Tokyo station, Shinjuku and Shibuya. The local community had a nice feel, and the apartment was close to many convenience stores. I also loved the local style bath room- that filled with light in the morning.

Cons: Would have been good to have more than one towel each for our stay and face cloths. The exit sign/light was quite bright, so made it a little hard to sleep. Neighbors were a bit noisy. Would have been nice to have tea/coffee and milk included

Pros: The room is very well decorated and comfy. The price was a bit steep, but it kind of is what is it for the location and space. It's also very private since you can just enter without talking to anyone.

Cons: The wifi seemed a little iffy at times. Not sure what was up with that.
