Would stay there again, for the price and location

Pros: Great location, very close to the trains and eating places within minutes of us.

Cons: Arriving to the hotel and not having a reception made it quite difficult to navigate, especially arriving at 11pm. Possibly a communication breakdown from both ends but it was quite stressful. Hard to locate also from the street, but once in contact with the staff they were friendly and helpful.

Helpful Staff and near in restaurants, convenience stores and Donki.

Pros: The staff were very helpful, and the location is extremely convenient with many restaurants, grocery shops, convenience stores, and Don Quijote just nearby.

Pros: I loved the location of the hotel, close to convenience stores and a 24-hour Donquijote. The staff were so quick to help and also very accommodating. We had a balcony and provided us with an amazing views for day time and night time. The facilities were very good and easy to use. The beds were comfortable to sleep in, we all really liked this. I would definitely come back here.

Cons: It took quite a while to wait for someone to pick us up in the cold (we also had all our luggage), however it’s only a minor issue.

Great access to Shinjuku

Pros: Excellent location, choose to train, food and entertainment. Low hassle

Cons: Two things that could be easy to improve would be: 1. Provide better towels that are absorbent. 2. Additional small cupboards above the beds or kitchen would be great for storage

Excellent location and great apartment

Pros: Great location with everything you need nearby. Very close to train station. The beds were comfortable but small for 5 people. The apartment was exceptionally clean and the washing machine was a great bonus. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great location and great price for Tokyo

Pros: Location is great, all the facilities were present

Cons: The double beds were a bit too narrow for two grown ups

First timers with a toddler

Pros: It’s within walking distance to Shinjuku station and 300 metre away from Highashi Shinjuku station. While close the the busiest part of Tokyo, the apartment is quiet and compact. We are a couple with a 3 years toddler. Two double beds are adequate for us to share. Washing machine is really helpful especially we want to travel light and move cities. A pleasant stay overall, Albert contacted us beforehand, explained all amenities, etc.

Cons: The elevator to the apartment rooms is small. There’s only space for two people and two medium luggage. But most elevators in Japan are small too.

Pros: Really well located, minutes away from all the kabuchiko nightlife and train stations. Good places to eat and apparently is located in a korea-town neighbourhood which I Guess could be good for a Lot of people. It's spatious for the zone and it's comfortable too.

Cons: The owner was kinda rude and seemed annoyed whenever we asked for help

Great location and very comfortable just a bit noisy

Pros: The property was a good size with great facilities

Cons: It was very noisy on a busy street. Maybe doing proofing should be thought about
