Pros: Really clean rooms, and really nice location, 1 stop from Shinjuku is a massive plus. Lots of walkable amenities.

Cons: Slightly Creaky bed woke wife a few times, but other than that, a very good place

Definitely I will come back in the future, host is so friendly and informative

Pros: It is not far from train station, surroundings are plenty restaurants. One bedroom apartment with good space for a couple or friends dropped by to say hello.

Top spot to explore from

Pros: This was a convenient space for a family of four whilst exploring Tokyo. The location is good - just walk out and walk...also close to different stations and lines. Plenty of food options nearby too. Some kitchen equipment was useful...fridge freezer very handy and washing machine. All work well.

Pros: Proximity to subway station. Spacious room compared to the hotel rooms. Smart TV. Facilities (air conditioning, wash, option for cooking and multiple convenience stores nearby. Exit to main road so easy to get a taxi when needed.

Cons: Had to carry bags from 1F to 2F as the lift access is only from 2F which was minor inconvenience but can live with it considering the advantages.

Spatious apartment within easy walk of public transport on the edge of Korea Town.

Pros: Larger than most apartments in the area, separate living space with a decent TV and sitting area. Close to subway station and Lawson. Lots of natural light, and fairly spacious bedroom. Staff were very helpful. Plenty of cleaning supplies including soap/shampoo etc.

Cons: Lift access was via 2nd floor, meaning lugging suitcases up a flight of stairs. Inaccessible powerpoints in bedroom, plugs in the bed were themselves not plugged in. Some fruit left over from previous guests in the fridge. As it's an un-serviced apartment, only one set of towels were provided, so you'd need to wash them if staying longer than a few days. Location was at the edge of Korea Town, so difficult to find non-korean food nearby. Walk to Yamanote line was approx 10 minutes.

Pros: Good to stay. Quiet area and easy to access JR & Tokyo metro.

Cons: It's in Koreatown, someone could be disappoint about it.

Pros: The location was very convenient. The apartment was spacious enough to have two big suitcases open during the whole stay. All the necessary amenities like iron, kettle, hairdryer were in place and working. We didn’t cook but all the kitchenware seemed to be there.

Cons: The pillows were too firm to our taste and at first they felt quite weird and uncomfortable. Would’ve also appreciated an extra feet towel for the bathroom floor.

Pros: Pulizia, molto spazioso rispetto alla media giapponese, comunicazione e disponibilità dell'host. Vicino a due stazioni della metro.

Cons: Condizionatore un po' rumoroso
