Pros: Great location, within walking distance to nearby Lawson for quick shopping and around 15mins walking to nearest Shin-Okubo train station. Room was nice and clean.

Cons: The unit is on the 3rd floor, and the apartment doesn't have elevator. So, a bit hassle if bringing big luggage to go up the stairs.

Loved this place. Would stay again.

Pros: This is not at all brand new but for us was perfect. About 5 minutes from shin Okubo and 2 mins from the other station. Walking to apartment I said to my girlfriend oh we are in a trendy area. Hip young people and vibrant main street with many restaurants and convenience stores. Apartment is clean and has 2 big comfortable beds. Has chairs and table, microwave, big fridge, iron, and plates and utensils. Very quiet and about 100 metres up a small alley off the Main Street. Self Check in by key in key safe. Highly recommend as quite big by Japan standards.

Pros: Good location to access Tokyo subway, nearby can easily access restaurant, mini mart . The room with two full beds , all facilities like washing machine ,WiFi, cooking equipment in place. Clean and well maintained. The host is a very nice and kind lady who responds fast and even helps us to keep the luggage up to 6p m after check out. I fully recommend this nice room for others family.

Cons: No elevator , may not be suitable for elderly who have problems with walking.
