Shinjuku luxury Apart ment 2 minutes from Higashi-Shinjuku

Great location, fantastic host, clean space.

Pros: The host was very accommodating. Helping us when we struggled with some of the facilities. They also restored the wifi immediately when the router went out. The location is fantastic and the space is comfortably sized and very clean.

Pros: Big room and very convenience to walk around Shinjuku. Recommened

Pros: 有提供塑膠袋換垃圾桶，有一些基本餐具剪刀 有吹風機 洗衣機到現場發現有洗衣粉、拖鞋…等。廁所足夠大 房屋很乾淨 沒有小蟲子或是特別的髒污 只有基本的使用痕跡而已，床的確不是很舒適 但3個男生睡起來沒有特別不適，衣櫃有提供足夠衣架，空調正常無異音，睡眠品質不錯，隔音部分有特別注意，但是好像剛好左右沒住人 所以不知道。整體滿分10分 有9分

Cons: 無。 如果房間的燈泡可以再亮一點更好。

Fiyat - Performans güzel konum

Pros: Tokyonun tam Merkezi olan Shibuyaya oldukça yakın bir lokasyon. Tek metro ile her yere gidebiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca evin konumu da gayet hareketli, güzel yemek yerleri, eğlence yerleri ve mağazalar mevcut. Ev 4 kişi için çok yeterli, temiz. Aradığınız her şey mevcut. Sigara içenler için büyük bir balkona sahip. Kesinlikle fiyat performans.

Cons: Metroya kısa bir yürüme mesafesi var boşkan sorun yok ama dönüş zamanı dolu valizlerle biraz zorlu bir yürüyüş oluyor.

Pros: The location was good, close to everything. We had everything we needed. The host was quick to reply, although sometimes it seemed to be an automated reply, but I would get a proper reply shortly after. It was good to have a garbage room for all our waste.

Cons: It was a bit of a hassle when we first arrived. The key was in the mailbox. The lock of the mailbox was broken, so anyone could access it if they wanted to. Then we left the suitcases in the room as we had agreed (11-15). In that time frame the people who had previously stayed there also had access to the room for storage. We were told to get our suitcases so they could clean the room between 15-16. We got back at 15, but the key wasnt there. We waited a while and then went up, and the key was left in the room that had already been cleaned. I would have preferred a codelock to the door. It was a bit hard for three people to share one key. The washer/dryer machine had only Japanese instructions, so it was a bit hard to understand how to use the drying program. But once I understood, I realized it took too long. It was better to wash it and hang it on the balcony. Other than that, we didnt have any issues.

Pros: Ubicación perfecta para una estancia en Tokyo donde solo necesitas descansar por la nioche. Hay un 7 eleven enfrente y metro a 2 min. Increible vida en el entorno, pero siilencioso para el descanso.

Cons: Un poco pequeño, pero mas que suficiente

Pros: Excelente relación precio calidad. Amplio para lo que se encuentra en Tokio. Con nevera y lavadora funcionales. Bien equipado.

Cons: Falta algo de menaje en la cocina.

Pros: L’emplacement, la qualité des lits, la salle de bain et de manière générale l’équipement à disposition.

Cons: L’absence de tv et d’une clé supplémentaire.

조용하고 쾌적한 아파트

Pros: 아파트였는데 층간소음이 없어서, 숙소내에서 조용해서 좋았다.( 소음은 좁은 비지니스호텔에서 가장 불편했던점이었기에) 아파트는 탁월한 선택이었다. 1층에 편의점이 있어서, 아침 저녁으로 매일 이용하기에 편리했다. 실내는 넓고, 햇볕이 잘드는 밝은 방이었다. 침대와 침구는 편안했다. 이틀동안 서늘한 실내공기가 추웠으나, 마지막날밤에 히터를 작동할수있었다.

Cons: 수건은 3일동안 써야했고, 칫솔,치약,빗 등 어메니티가 없어서 아쉬웠다. 개인적으로 꼭 준비해야했다. 옷걸이가 있지만 그것을 걸어둘게(스탠드,행거, 벽걸이) 실내에는 아무 것도 없어서 너무, 불편했다. 그리고 세탁세제가 빈통이었다.

Cons: Que el check in tenga que ser a las 4pm y el check out a las 10am
